You should do a maximum pct, 6-8weeks. If you can't recover, you'll have lifetime of health problems.

Pill form/capsule form of GW cardarine is completely fake, it's prohormones.

Dose for cardarine is usually 20mgs ED and andarine starts at 25mgs/ed and moves up to 50-75mgs/ed.

If you want to run something safe, go with Osta and Cardarine mixed, very safe.

You should stack your osta (mk) (https://www.isarms.com/ostarine-mk-2866) with epistane, but be careful epistane can be toxic.

I saw a few news stories of people caught after 45 days, maybe they didn't time it right. I think SARMS detection times need a lot more discussion. Especially Cardarine (https://www.isarms.com/cardarine-gw-501516) because it's widely used for doping.
