Hello Dylan, I'm always watching your Videos, gotta tell you I love them, been learning a lot, I'm currently entering the gym I'm 5'10 and I weight 168pounds

I'm looking into enhancing my muscle building while cutting fat so I've seen many steroids but I want to run something as safe as possible so I was looking into S.A.R.M.S like the Ostarine.

Would you recommend it I'm planning to taking it alone with my supplements no Steroids.

If you want to run something safe, go with Osta and Cardarine mixed, very safe.

SARMS are a very good choice if you are a beginner and want something safe. However, you will get much more benefits and better results if you combine Ostarine with some other SARMS, especially the Cardarine GW-501516 and Andarine S4. Cardarine will add to the endurance and recovery, whilst Anarine will give a very noticeable boost in strength. The good thing is that even with the triple stack you will not get any side effects, and the PCT needs to be very mild.
