Haha, yes, I know better than to think that it was already kicking in but it was just crazy how great of a pump I had going yesterday. Not too mention, I just felt great overall yesterday. Unfortunately, that didn't transcend into my workout. I didn't have the best workout last night. I still completed my workout and gave it 110% but this deficit is taking its toll on me. However, I am making great progress and getting lean!! A regular at my gym last night said it was unbelievable how lean my face has gotten in the last couple of months. He said I got that sunken in, starving lean face going on, hahaha. I can't wait to get this tbol and test kicking.

Well, I have some updating to do. On Friday I felt great all day. I actually thought I was truly feeling something from the tbol but it was only day 2, so kinda hard to believe but I just felt like I had a pump all day and felt like I was strong as hell. I couldn't wait to lift Friday night because it was chest night and I felt like I was going to lift a house. However, the workout turned out to be a different story. I didn't have a bad workout at all. I competed my workout I made some minimal gains but they were gains nonetheless. I was just disappointed because I was expecting much more. Saturday and Sunday were my off days from the gym as usual but each and every day that has passed so far I just keep getting this stronger increasing pump all day long. This has to be the tbol but with this being my first time at the very onset of this feeling I have just been misreading it for fully kicking in. This is actually great because I can't wait until this shit gets kicking for real.

So, today when I woke up I weighed myself first thing. I haven't weighed myself in about 3 weeks, so I didn't know what to expect. Well, I was blown away when the scale said 264. I am very happy about this. I'm bigger and leaner than I've ever been in my life right now, this is the best I've ever looked. My veins are really starting to pop and my work uniform pants are falling off of me while my uniform shirt is tightening up. If I had to take a guess I'd say I'm right around a high 12% bf.

Tonight was heavy deads and shoulders. I had a good workout, nothing to brag about not I definitely made gains. I hit a triple with 475 on deads on my last set which is nowhere near a pr for me but I haven't hit that kind of weight in several months. The last time I hit 475 I was pulling in the 500s and that was I would say back in March. When I started cutting in January I was 320 pounds and about 25% bf. I took the entire winter off from lifting and dieting and let myself go bad. So, 60 pounds and about 12-13% bf lost in 7 months I would say is great progress. I'm excited to see where I'll be come this January.

Extremely nice work!! im so happy for you with your progress brother! this is what its all about... your providing such a great example for everyone! Keep it going as you are!
 
the tes & tbol are really going to bring fast change. you have a lot of anabolics, but the potency of those 2 are much beyond everything else. The LGD @ 10mg is close, but your just a the tip of the ice berg.

Thanks man I appreciate that. I had a little hiccup for a couple of weeks but I fixed the problem and now I'm better than ever.

That's what I'm hoping for. I'm only on day 5 of the tbol and I'm not seeing any changes as of yet but I am no doubt feeling different. It's kind of hard to explain. The best way to describe it is I'm feeling like extra extra alpha. Plus I feel like I'm constantly in flex mode even though I'm just relaxing, it's a wonderful feeling. I noticed all day today that the normal little aches and pains that I typically have throughout the day were just not there. I feel like my body is completely healing up.

Tbol is amazing "if it's real tbol", the first time I ran it I was a big fan of dbol but my guy only had tbol. I threw it in my cycle and it changed me forever lol, you will love it man!

I just threw that in there so if someone seen me post about how good tbol is and they get some that's fake they don't pm me saying , you lied about tbol blah blah blah,. I don't think you guys on here would but iv seen it happen lol, so I usually say that when I talk about tbol.

Lol, yea I understand that. Like I said though, it might sound crazy but I can definitely feel a difference already. Nothing crazy but I can tell when something is going on with my body, even the slightest changes.

Hahaha I know exactly what you mean man, I recently ran a short run of mt and man... I felt like I was the strongest man in the world hahaha. It's crazy how things work and it's hard to explain sometimes how it makes you feel like no matter what you say about it your still not giving it enough credit in your head lol.

Today was day 6 on tbol and I still haven't noticed anything from a strength stand point but I definitely have noticeably more energy. Also, my aggression is noticeably up during my workout. Usually by Wednesday at work I am pretty sluggish, tight, and pretty achy all over but not today, I felt really great all day. No muscle soreness or tightness on my back like usual.

I had a pretty good workout tonight. I killed it and had a major pump going. I was sweating my ass off. I did back and biceps tonight and then I finished up the workout with 40 minutes of cardio on the elliptical. I did 30 minutes of hiit with a warm up and cool down.

I am not photogenic at all, I have come to terms with that. I look a lot better in person but I took a couple post workout progress pics anyway.

Day 7 on tbol today and it was also leg day, ugghh. Leg day never gets easier, lol. I killed my workout though and much to my surprise I made some decent gains on my squats. By gains I mean I'm doing more weight than I have done since before I was cutting, not pr type of gains. However, dropping 40#s in the last 4 months all while keeping my strength relatively stable and working slowly back up to my maintenance calorie levels is awesome. After my workout I did 35 minutes of steady state cardio on the elliptical. I started out with a resistance of 5 and worked my way up to 10.

I'm still not feeling anything in the strength department but I did make some gains tonight. My energy levels are increasing each day and I'm waking up not sore, stiff, and tight. I have to attribute this to the tbol because before I started on it, waking up sore, stiff, and tight was an everyday thing. I really hope I get some strength gains from the tbol even though I'm not eating for size and strength but I always train for strength.

Something else that really drives me nuts is that no matter how much weight I lose or how much leaner I get, I feel like I don't have any cuts whatsoever. Even though my body is as hard as a rock, I feel as though I just look like a big block. I fear that genetically I'm just not meant to be cut. I have very thick skin, wide hips and very long muscle bellies. I know I've made great progress because I can see it when I look back at old pictures but with as hard as I'm working, it's very easy to get discouraged when I feel like I can't see any separation in my muscles. I guess it's just going to take a long time.

It's a slow process and sometimes it stalls and that can make things worse patience wise.
But STAY STRONG BROTHER! Keep on doing what your doing and the results will come.
Remember this is a marathon not a sprint.
Also as you get deeper into this cycle you can make adjustments to your work out and to the cycle itself if need be.

Thanks for the motivating words, bro. I've definitely made great progress but it just feels like I should be further along but I guess that's the nature of the beast. I guess looking back on things, I just didn't realize just how bad of shape I was in.

When I started this journey I was:

6'
290lbs
and an easy 35% BF!!!
Its been 18 months and I'm down a ton (Hard to tell what I've lost because I hate the scale especially when that thing wont move!) and can see my abs cutting up!!
Trust me its worth it you can get there!
