yep there ya go you will get more believe me when that s4 kicks in good I am in week 5 and mine I know is full force now getting the weird vision when I wake up. but I just upped to about 70 or so as well.

Monday update: I'm down 1/2" in my hips and 1/2" in my butt. So between the diet and the samrs, something is working! I assume it's a combo effect, especially since it's only been one week. I also think I'm down a pound or two. I had a doc appointment this morning and I weighed less than I thought even fully clothed.

My lifting has been really good as well. This is the 13th week of our Smolov Squat Program, so today was light and we get the week off until Saturday when we will max. I did 4 sets of 4 at 190lbs. It was clean and deep and I didn't even need ScottM behind me to watch in case I needed a spot. I finished off with 4 sets of 8 sumo squats at 135lbs. I haven't done those in a while and got a great stretch from it, so that was nice. My legs are starting to get a lot more solid, and my stomach is starting to show signs of definition. 11 more weeks, I can't wait to see what happens!

Well what the heck? where are the totals from your max out? you and the mr are slipping lol
 
Mid-week 2 update: Still moving up in weight at the gym! I'm back up to getting 115lbs on flat bench (it was a past PR but I haven't been back there in a while, mostly because of my damn left shoulder). I'm super anxious for Saturday's for squat max. This is the last week of Smolov, I'm hoping for at least 250! ScottM has lost a few lbs (probably from not drinking) but seems to still be upping what he's lifting as well. I'm sure once he loses some fat, he'll gain the weight back in muscle though. I'm starting to swim in some of my jeans, so I know I'm losing fat.

Oh... and I've done cardio a couple times a week. Ran a 10:30 mile yesterday (that's good for me, I hate cardio and ESPECIALLY hate running) while waiting for ScottM to show up at the gym. I wasn't winded at the end either, so it seems my endurance is improving as well.

Very happy to see everything is going so well for the both of you. Keep up the great work, and keep us updated on how everything is going from this max out session today!

Week 3 has started (yesterday). Definitely noticing strength increases and fat loss. I'm down over 1" in my hips, 1/2" in my waist in addition to the other measurements I mentioned before. I am noticing some vision side effects from the S4. Hard to adjust to the dark, lights have a slight green haze at night. Nothing unmanageable though.

I'm not sure if this video will work, but ScottM went creeper mode at the gym last night and took video of my back. Since I can't see it myself and was complaining that I don't know what it looks like...

Love seeing other women thriving on sarms! My second solid week of gw and mk and I've already dropped 4 pounds. My arms and legs and abs are really leaning up! I'm adding s4 as soon as possible, but it may be a week or so still. I didn't notice any vision sides from it, but I'll let you know if I experience any with my second cycle on it. I dropped some strength after going off of eq and var, but it's coming back now.

So I know all I ever post is my squat crap... But that's where I progress the most! My bench sucks and I can't do a pull up yet... Closer though.

Here was today...

1x8 @ 135
3x8 @ 185
1x5 @ 195
2x5 @ 215
1x5 @ 225

nice work ! you are definitely making progress... just keep getting after it as you are and the results will continue to come!
 
Last week was awful, which is why I haven't been on. Nothing major happened, just a bunch of stupid shit all piled up and made for a crap week.

Workouts didn't suffer though. Both of us have had strength increases and fat loss. I did box squats on Saturday... worked my way up to doing 1 set of 5 at 225lbs! ScottM hit the "1000lbs Club". He did 405lbs squats (3 reps), 405lbs dead lifts (3 reps), and then benched 225lbs (not sure how many reps, I was doing something else), all in an hour timeframe. He has been a little disappointed that he is not looking/getting bigger. Diet is on point, strength is increasing, fat is decreasing... measurements are staying the same (chest, biceps, all that stuff you dudes like to see get bigger...). He is wanting to know if there is anything (sarms-wise) he can add to increase his size. If anyone has a suggestion on that, let me know!

Side effects for me - my vision is getting a bit screwed. Even going in and out of buildings and different lighting situations is really rough. It takes me 10 minutes for my eyes to adjust from walking into Target from being in the sun. Most definitely cannot see in the dark. I have also had some headaches the last 4-5 days. They seem to go away with Advil, but today I had a pretty persistent one. ScottM has had no vision side effects at all.

Have you dosed down the s4 to help with the vision issues? Tried the 5 days on 2 days off? Or cut the dose in half? Also you may be getting the headaches due to the vision sides. And are you staying hydrated? That also can increase the headaches.
