One tip too I was gonna mention for anyone struggling getting bland food down.
I actually add organic black olives to things like plain rice and vegis.
Idk... try to include whatever tips I can here. It helps me it may help you. They give food an awesome kick for me. I know some people think olives are the devil. I love em. Sodium isn't an issue for me really either.

So just a diet update.
All I really did was swich the meats and carbs up. I'm now doing lean ground beef this week rather than chicken.
Swiched the carbs from sticky rice to sweet potato.
Added in broccolli.
Swiched vegi straws for quest chips.
Added in kodiak muffin too.
Rest is the same. Il stay here for a bit. Its been rather enjoyable.
I increased my carbs just slightly cause Im actually loosing weight pretty dam fast.
Currently on 60mg tbol primo is now at 400 and then Im running the mk677 still at 25mgs.
I'm at about 248 now and dropping. Looking much more dialed in. I'm gonna slow it down just a bit. 15 weeks to go.
Still not doing any cardio. Just really intense lifting.

One thing I need to note is this fucking primo is messing with my libido bad. Driving it through the damn roof. My other half will testify to this. I'm not really taking anything else like cialis or anything more than I usually do either. The only thing that's new is the primo. Its ridiculous lol.

I really like to hear that considering I've decided to swap out my normal Masteron for primo in my summer cycle. I've never ran primo before, but I now how crazy Masteron does for my libido and my vascularity. I was hoping primo could hang. Sounds like it does!
