Just started a new job, been busy so the updates have sucked the past week but I'm back. I'm at least 3 updates behind lol.

I've gotten to a point my usual steak, beef meals are just getting boring and so is fish. Only thing that tastes good right now is chicken and eggs so chicken and eggs it will be.

I've basically been eating the exact same meals the past few days. All grilled chicken, brown jasmine rice, and green beans.

Last nights dinner, and what I'm going to eat for meals 2 and 3. I still have my Greek yogurt as a snack meal 4, and a chicken burger with bacon for dinner on daves bread. I may make the yogurt meal 5 and the burger meal 4 as it only makes since to consume the Greek yogurt over night and not in the evening. Meal 1 is just 5 egg whites, sometimes a whole egg with white rice and lots of cilantro.

Edit: Forgot to mention what this was 12 oz chicken, 2 cups brown rice, 2.5 cups of green beans, 200g of cilantro chopped and diced with 1/8 of a lime. All organic except the chicken breast. You can't see the 3lbs of sirracha I poured on top of it tho [emoji28]

That meal was so good I'm craving it again, got 14 of them prepped I can't wait to go home and eat it again.

I'm working with a buddy of mine on my "program". I hate that word I don't really have a program I just go do the same exercises or whatever my body will allow in one day which sometimes isn't a lot. It will take about a week of training and seeing how the changes to my workouts fit me but once I get it I'll post them up.

For a long time I couldn't even do pressing movements but now I can and I'm super excited cause I was once really strong in this area.
 
I'm waking up in the morning and my shoulders are completely numb and painful, this is how I know they are growing. I having to rest my arms on pillows just for comfort. It worked the first night until I knocked one of the pillows over. Left arm was frozen this morning. I'm not worried about it cause I can hit them like a madman and have zero pain in the gym and after, which wasn't possible 1 year ago.
 
My last Tren ace cycle was exactly this time one year ago. I'm not were I was then but I'm pretty close I think...maybe a few weeks...Best part is I wasn't even healthy back then but now is a different story...we will see

I've dropped the deca completely, only running test e at 150mg a week now but it will soon change. Muscle memory is an amazing thing, I used to think it was bro science, let's see how much my triceps and chest can remember lol.

That chicken looks amazing bro. Like something from an applebees menu. Gonna try it in some tacos with whole wheat tortillas.

Yeah that last dish did look good, at first I looked fast & thought there was a sardine right in the middle. I pretty much make that every day with either broccoli or broccoli rabe. There s got to be 8 oz of. Chicken on that plate,, nice!!!!
Now, get back to the weights!!!! Lol

Yea it was great. It may appear less and that's because it actually is sometimes considering I use uncooked weight not the cooked weight of my food, so the meat may shrink a little depending on what it is, how fatty it is ect.

Yea I actually ate this again with some corn tortillas the second time around with some vegan salsa and beans it was sooo good.
 
Today's workout went great today. I hit chest and rear delts today with my buddy so I actually had a spotter which is something I never have.

We did flat bench, warmed up with 135 and attempted to reach a max. Went up weight with each set of 10 and ended up hitting 255 for 4 reps on the fifth set witch was to failure. I had no idea I was that strong. I college I my one rep max was 335 so it felt really awesome, I honestly doubted myself but I got that shit. Afterwords I did

Dumbbell Face Pulls 4x15 20lbs (I know that name sounds funny)

Incline Dumbbell Press 4x12 w/80lbs

Shoulder Press (just for fun) 4x15 65lbs and 70s on last rep.

Cable Machine Rows 5x12 like 175 (idk don't pay much attention to the weigh on machines I just try to go as heavy as good form will allow)

Chest Press Machine 2x12
This exercise I felt a slight twinge in my shoulder idk why, lasted about an hour.

Incline DB flys 4x10 35lbs
Flat bench Flys 3x15 25lbs

Bent over Barbell Row 4x10 120lbs (pulled to face, emphasis put on rear delts)

Military Press behind neck 4x10 135lbs

20 mins on the bicycle at a moderate pace to cool down.

Ate like a horse.

Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal w/5 egg whites. Oatmeal had 15 blueberrys, 1 teaspoon of honey 1 packet of Splenda and ground cinnamon.

Meal 2
Two 6oz chicken breast filets with parmesan crust and 2.5 cups of green beans.

Meal 3
Two 6oz chicken filets cut fajita style over 2 cups of rice and 1 cup of kidney beans.

Post workout 2 scoops of milk protien isolate/whey protien isolate and casien. blend with a banana.

Meal 4
6oz sirloin steak (I had to have it, my workout was hard LOL) 1 cup brown rice and 2 cups of some power protien veggie blend steamed (beans,quinoa,corn,peas,
ect)
Meal 5
Before bed I had 1.5 cups of fat free Greek yogurt just now with 4 strawberries.

And no I don't count the postworkout shake as a meal.
 
Here is the steak, last time I posted a steak I got roasted for being a fatass Looool. Don't worry guys I'm trimming up while getting stronger I promise ha.

I don't want to flood the thread with pics, I plan to take one right before my first pin of Tren and then 1 pic every 7 days the rest of the cycle. If all is willing. I'm 221 and looking tighter and definitely a little bigger. Although I was bound to bounce back moderately fast due to how much weight i Iost due to being sick, eating junk or not at all, not drinking water and not even lifting for a while due to being sick on and off for about 6 weeks.

Edit: I almost forgot, didn't even mention I also had a 4oz grilled chicken thigh with that. I really wanted to cover myself for today's workout as I worked my ass off (don't laugh if you ready my workouts and think wow that's small/weak lol).

Oh yea I don't even think I mentioned this even once, but I religiously drink 1 to 1.5 gallons a day and on good days I drink 1.5+ gallons especially when I run a cycle that will include orals.

Hitting the gym in a few hours right at about 7 am. Today will be just biceps be cardio, he is what I'll be doing.

Pull-ups 3 sets to failure
Barbell curls 3 sets of 21s
Seated incline DB curls 3x12 start with 30lbs and go up in weight each set.
Hammer curls 4x15 20lbs and go up after each set 5-10lbs.
Reverse grip BB rows I'll probably hit 120s (barbells) 4x12 unless I feel I can go higher I go up each set.

20 mins stairclimber and that's it.
 
Man I am really loving life right now. I'm looking good and feeling even better. Getting stronger on only moderate calories and gaining some size in the process. Now I wish I took before and after measurements especially in my arms. Still the same weight 225lbs but looking bigger at the same time. Although I won't consider this a successful recomp unless I can unveil some abdominal muscles before the end of this cycle. I'm pretty confident I'll get there. I said I wouldn't litter this log with too many pics especially ones of myself so I'll wait until I see significantly more progress before I drop another one, or I may even wait until the end of the contest.

My co-workers are starting to notice me, my boss and a guy I work with asked me today if I lift. I honestly hate it these types of conversations. They start awkward and end off even worse, one guy ended up asking me if I could train him and he even offered to pay me... I had to find a way to politely decline without seeming like a total douche which was never easy. Most people don't realize just because you might be strong or bigger than they are it doesn't mean you are qualified to be a trainer. Most people wouldn't even have the discipline to do 50% of what it takes to be successful in this lifestyle anyways. Even if I accepted his money I wouldn't feel comfortable with doing something like that.

Maybe if he was a hot chick in yoga pants but he is not even close lmao. Turns out me and this guy workout at the exact same gym. I'm a really nice guy but I sure do hope I never end up accidentally bumping into him there. I'm just not the kind of guy that does spotters and workout partners

Ok so I decided if I really want to get where I want to be and make it as easy and as simple as possible I gotta switch things up one more last time. From here on out it's going to be chicken and brown rice every meal with a little bit of veggies 5 times a day. I just prepped 30 meals of it.
Each one is exactly as follows.
1 cup brown rice
6 oz chicken breast grilled
1/2 cup of broccoli
1/8 of a lime
2 teaspoons of organic extra virgin coconut oil

This will be eaten 5 times a day. My whey protein isolate just came in the mail so I'm excited about that. Gonna have 1 scoop at breakfast and 1 post workout. Still going to have Fatfree Greek yogurt at night right before bed. Current goal is zero cheats the rest of the way for as long as physically possible. I've successfully done this in the past for 4 months straight so we will see.
Let the gainz begin.
