SDBronco Transformation Log

Update, false alarm on the left knee, inflammation is gone and it feels good again. No training today only light cardio (today would have been legs) did 20 mins on the elliptical (however you spell it) and 20 mins swimming laps in a HIIT kind of way

4 weeks later, due to start my cycle next week. Talked to the doctor and my bloods came back all within the normal range so all is good. This is what I look like right now

Wish my gym had a pool. Swimming is awesome. Great job bro.

I used to live way out in the country and my gym had no pool either. Just moved to a bigger city and the gyms I've seen so far (only 3) have been MUCH nicer than anything I've seen before.

Your midsection looks alot tighter from when you first took pics. Great job bro

Thanks, not gonna lie but 2 days ago I smoked a fatty and got the munchies and killed an entire quart of ice cream. Gained like 4lbs lol, can't be doing that so I think I'm going to cut out smoking for this cycle

It definitely looks like you have started putting on some good weight! That chicken looks amazing too!

Thanks bro, my strength is getting back to normal and I'm feeling healthier joint wise but I honestly feel like I could have lost another pound or two but that's okay. I'm actually heavier than I was 2 weeks ago, sitting at 224 right now. I would be happy somewhere inside the 205-210 range. My last cycle I was 205 and about 11-12 percent at 205 lbs (visible abs) at the peak of my progress. I have a hard road ahead of me but I'd like to land in the 205-210 range and be under 10% bf. I tend to hold a lot of fat/water on my lower abs and quads, while my back, arms, glutes ect stay more lean and clean up a lot faster.

No picture but breakfast was 3/4 a cup of brown rice, 6 oz of 96/4 ground beef and a 5 egg white omelette. No added sodium or salt. Only 500 calories with 59g protein 33g carbs and 10g fats. It tasted bomb AF

I normally never count sodium or even care but I figured I'll try it for one go around and see if it makes a difference of any sort.

You look like your making some good progress. Keep up the good work bro!

Oh yea I almost forgot, I'm going to go ahead and drop the deca for good this cycle, I decided on Winstrol over anavar and I'm also dropping the S4 since I'm running Winstrol I don't think I'll need it.

This will be my new run as my original cycle was more like a rough draft.

1-8 Test P 350mg
1-8 Tren A 400mg (start lower and ramp up)
4-8 Winstrol 50mg
1-12 GW 20mg a day
1-12 Ostarine 25mg a day
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg eod

I've also never ran Winstrol before so idk if I'm going to get the joint issues everyone talks about but if do the plan is to switch over to Anadrol. I feel like drol would fit my needs better than tbol, dbol, var which would be my main options.

That sounds good!! Looking good brother! I definetly agree with stopping the smoking for you next cycle!

Fuck, today was terrible. I ate breakfast this morning and I was so incredibly busy I didn't eat a single thing all day, not a drop of anything except a suishi sampler at the supermarket. I get home and realize wow yesterday was Sunday and I didn't prep anything.

To make up for it I'm going to down 2 chicken breasts a cup of rice and 2 cups of chili beans and hopefully I can manage to prep some meals tonight to catch up.

Scratch that, I made that exact meal 5 mins ago and couldn't even bring myself to eat 2 bites. Wife said some slick shit to me that made me completely lose my appetite. Just wrapped it up and put it in the fridge in case I change my mind. Now let's see if I can fall asleep lol.

Got about 4.5 hours of driving to do today, probably gonna hit up those chicken salads from McDonald's. Still didn't have time to prep last night, was way too tired. Got a couple cans of tuna in my bag so I'm ready to roll. Finding time for the gym today may be a challenge but I'll figure it out. I picked a bad time to do a transformation log lol

Edit:Forgot I still have last nights dinner in addition to the tuna, so I will be A okay. Funny thing I didn't wake up any leaner looking even tho yesterday was under 600 cals

haha life happens bro. If it makes you feel any better this wasn't the best time period to make the biggest transformation. As long I'm making large steps forward towards my goal, I don't really care. I wouldn't mind winning the prizes though haha!

Yea it's just one day, and I'll still hit the gym today now that I think about it as long as I manage my time well. And yea I wouldn't turn down anything for free lol. Unless it's another tub of ice cream or a McDonald's salad with Tuna, I'd turn that down every single time from this point forward lol.

Well breakfast actually turned out to be a steak egg and cheese sandwich from subway with egg whites. It's supposed to have 6oz steak and 4 egg whites and less than 500 cals. So that is 50g+ of protein and idk fats or carbs but 500 cals is 500 cals. It was also on a multi grain flatbread supposed to be some sort of healthy bread knock off with flax seeds and chia I suppose. It was good tho much better than a salad.
