I think you're gonna need surgery to remove your breast tissue. I don't think that will go away. Maybe a year from now but definitely not six months.

I'm dedicated and will diet down to 7% bf in 2 years with the goal weight of 265. Shoulder training went well today. This concludes training for today. Time to use my brand new weight watcher scale to measure my food.

Decided to hold off on the sustanon till I get my bf% down. Maybe October. But I will continue this discussion with an ostarine and s4 12 week cycle.

Yes and once you've eat the same thing a few times it becomes lot easier keeping track of it, it becomes second nature

I'm a flexible dieter. I like variety :). The majority of my food is "clean" sources, but I do fit in the random donut, bowl of cereal, burrito, pizza slice, etc. My macros are quite high right now and I'm slowly gaining (320/525/80 - right around 4100 calories).

I do a bit of flexible dieting myself, but it's limited to about 3-4 meals per week. Those are pretty much planned and fitted into my macros though. It sure makes things much better not having to eat the same boring "clean" food every day

Pretty much the exact way I approach this lifestyle :). After about 10 + years of tracking macros daily, you become more aware of what "works" and what doesn't haha.
