How did they get you in with that BF? Even now at Meps they are picky. Just curious since I'm in my own process just trying to get through for 18x. I'm a consistent 280 at about 12%. They weren't having it.
I started off right after boot. Hurt myself and ended up ballooning to 248. I didn't get any ops after 2005. I loved the cardio shit. It always motivated me!

If you insist on doing a low carb diet...check out this book....and do some research on the author. It didn't work for me but a very good friend of mine uses the anabolic diet and it works well for him.
