Ok, getting out of hand for me. I'll stop following this and move on to a more educational thread. Nothing left to learn here.

I rather be banned from every single forum than lose what I lost. I ask you to ban me for I am and will always be a United States Navy SEAL.

Thank you, RR.Drop all of this military BS and stick to the log you came here for. I don't want any more said about it. It looks like you were called out on you claiming to be something you are not, and I won't stand to watch you disrespect those that earned the titles they had. If you served, I respect that but please don't claim to be something you are not.
Just drop the whole topic. It's not relevant here anyways and stuck to the topic of your log. If it continues I can't allow you to stay. I'm sorry

Cardio helps but diet is the most important. If your diet isn't dialed in you can do Cardio all day and not see results.Already did 50 min of cardio.

I'm going with chicken broccoli and brown rice for three meals a day. I have chosen only to do three because my fat ass is trying to cut calories.Cardio helps but diet is the most important. If your diet isn't dialed in you can do Cardio all day and not see results.

Try this calculator... It can give you an estimate of where you need to be with your calories.I'm going with chicken broccoli and brown rice for three meals a day. I have chosen only to do three because my fat ass is trying to cut calories.

Once you get your fat loss you can dial in your macros for bodybuilding.
Someone else may know a better way but this is what I'm currently using.

Yes and once you've eat the same thing a few times it becomes lot easier keeping track of it, it becomes second naturePeople who don't want to calculate or track their food when dieting are setting themselves up for failure. A lot of people act like it's the most time consuming, difficult thing in then world. Tracking my food takes 10 minutes out of my day. 10 minutes for much better results is absolutely worth it for me. Weigh that food out and track it, bro .
