Impressive!! Nice to hear you're still killing it and making awesome gainsHit another 3 prs! Last night on squats I finished my last set of 8 at 140#.. and increased deadlifts and barbell bent over rows bt 10 # each. Doing those at 3 sets at 85#!. Making the most out of the last 3 weeks.. and my cardio is through the roof still. My 45 minute Zumba classes aren't enough so I've bend sprinting after them and in the day rowing!

Thank you! Definitely making huge increases. And I will be doing another stack after I finish and take a few weeks off! Gotta say I love the way I feel when taking them!very nice work! yes, the cycles do go by quickly but you just make the very best of every cycle and get prepared for the next one! with sarms, you will only need a few weeks off before you can start again!

Sure is!!! [emoji1]It's always a nice motivator to enter the gym when you are on a nice stack
Thank you. Im surely gonna try to beast this last week...just hard when im missing my workout buddy..he surely pushes me and keeps me going(bigbusiness)!!!!!great job and great attitude. you can do and accomplish anything you want to and make up your mind to do!!! Great job with all of your progress it was a joy reading and following this log. You still have 1 week keep killing that shit
Thank you!!! Squats were new for me when 8 began 11 weeks ago I never even attempted them before. So I think my progress has been awesome!Yay!! Keep it up with those squats!
I didn't have a c-section, but I'm right there with you with the baby flab. My son is 4.5 and I still have a roadmap of stretch marks and STILL have loose skin.

Mine are 12 and 9 and I'm still trying to get rid of both lol. I may have to accept them but I'm not ready to yet lol. You are going to do great in your stack. Great to have you here!!!

Good advice I will have to check both out.. yes definitely the sarms.. you are going to hit 300 I bet in no time lolDamn!! It took me probably 6+ months to be able to rep 135# sans sarms (obviously). So you're progressing FAST! I also use a belt and knee sleeves with anything over 135#. It definitely helps, and I don't want an injury.
Today makes 11 weeks in this stack only 1 more week left! I have made great gainzzz and huge progess.
I'm up to 155 in 3 sets of 6 with an additional set of 8 at 135# on my squats and still sitting at 95 on my flat bench. I never mentioned that my upper body strength is through the roof. I can do 2 sets of 4 unassisted pull ups (so 8 unassisted pull ups total) . That was 3 weeks ago so I may be even further than that. I plan on uploading a few pics today..and at the end will give true before and afters so you all can see the progress
One thing I will say is I really don't give myself the credit I deserve. We all have these stigmas about ourselves and our self perception is usually worse than what we actually are. I've been overly fat at 20 4lbs at my heaviest with no muscle mass to today standing at 145 pretty nice arms. My abs are still flabby which has a lot to do with my 2 sections. I will continue to work hard and quit being so hard on myself. As I was lifting on saturday I was able to feel great about how my body is looking. That's a huge thing for me. More updates to come in this last week.
