Awesome progress, MissBizz! Those are all very good signs that you are progressing in the right direction. Leaning out, clothes getting loose, and all while getting stronger and gaining lean mass. You can't beat that at all. Nice work!

I used to love doing the rowing machine, I haven't done it in a while. It's such a killer workout. Awesome progress and love your 2016 goals!

Suffered being sick on Thursday and Friday so took a break. Went back at it lightly Saturday. And hit it hard today. I switched it up today did the majority of leg and back weight training on my lunch. Moved my gw to the evening hit squats easily again at 115 will be upping those on wed and did 45 min of Zumba and finished it off with a quick 5 min sprint on the treadmill. I'm about 8.5 weeks in. I am definitely leaning out and others are finally noticing! The Sr combination with gw and s4 has my cardio through the roof. I feel like I can just keep going and going kinda like the energizer bunny lol.

excellent work! you are doing such a great job and not only doing great for yourself but setting a great example and guide to to others on what hard work with a mix of the right compounds can do... keep it up!

Just wanted to give a quick update. In these last 2 weeks I've really noticed the results of this stack! I was running on the treadmill wed night and I had to stop..not because I couldn't keep going but because I had to literally run while holding my pants up..if I would have let go they would have fallen off lol.
I did about 30 minutes of rowing on lunch..and a few arm workouts. All of my sets on everything I am doing have increased from 3 sets of 8 to 3 sets of 12 as well as I have increased on weight!
Dylan or RickRock if you see this when my 12 weeks are up how long before I start another stack? And when my 12 weeks are done do I have to stop the gw and sr?

Today was a great day. I increased on my weights a great deal
Barbell squats went from 3 sets of 8 @ 115# to 3 sets of 8 @ 125#
Barbell lunges 3 sets of 12 at 75#
Was at 65#
Barbell deadlifts went from 3 sets of 12 at 65# to 3 sets of 12 at 75#
Barbell bent over rows 3 sets of 12 at 75# did them previously at 65#
Leg presses went from 3 sets of 10 at 210 to 3 sets of 10 at 230#
Flat bench presses 6 at 95#
5 @ 95# 10 @ 80# previously could on do max of 4 at 85#
All and all huge increases everywhere!

After your stack is done I would wait probably at least 4 weeks before starting again. Eventually your body does adapt to compounds and you will desensitize. That's why you need to come off for a bit. The GW and SR are fine to run a bit longer but I still would take a break from them after no more than 16 weeks

very nice well you still have some gainzzzz comin it aint over, kick this shit into overdrive and kill it even more. awesome job so far i mean those are some nice increases in weight
 
I do have some gainzz coming but back to school this week so I'll be missing 2 of my second workouts 2 days a week! But I'll manage. I plan on keeping the increases coming!
