I have some on the way myself, and I'm also planning on running it long term to see what I can get from it

Im excited. .not excited for the hunger issues that I've seen txterror comment on but im ready for some kick ass results. I run a calorie deficit usually of 3-500 should I adjust for this?
Are you planning on pulling it in with your current cycle or is that something you can't combine if you are currently running? (Im still learning lol)

Had a great workout this afternoon and this evening. My bicep seems a little sore. Increased my leg presses from 200 to 210 for 3 sets of 10. Increased rack chins to 3 sets of 6 ..no weight loss..but measured my waiste and hips both are down an inch in 2.5 weeks. Getting some sides from the s4..not hortible but all headlights on cars are green and I can't see in the dark...this happened before and it went away not too worried. Didn't bring in the mk677 yet still discussing with the mr.bizz!

Just try to maintain your current diet. Hopefully the appetite increase doesnt hit you too bad. You could always throw in something to help suppress the appetite too, like ECA or something which helps a lot

Yes, I'm adding MK-677 to my current cycle. Just started it this morning as a matter of fact! You can pretty much run it at anytime with anything

Thanks for the info! I Haven't decided to add it in yet. I do take an eca stack so if I decide to pull it in I'll be good!

you can definitely add this to your stack... it will help in several ways for you and as rick said, you could add eca to it to control any hunger that you may experience while using but it would definitely be a great addition...

Thanks I definitely want to add it in...I just have to get the mr to let me steal his stash...hes not using it yet so why not? Lol he can order more when he's ready! Im trying to get him to just give in but its taken a few days. Im ready for it though!

Quick update.. had a wonderful workout... great endurance on the treadmill able to run at speed of 8 on an incline of 15.. kept up with my sets... increased on leg presses from 210 to 215. Overall feel great. Still seeing white lights as green...but seems to be getting better.. sleeping is great! Changed up my eating a little by adding some more carbs in since ive increased on my cardio in the days...and trying to stick with eating more meals throughout the day. I found myself not hungry while at work..and coming home being starved so this has helped tremendously.
Still haven't weighed myself as things seem to be going well. Will weigh next week and report on that.
I must say im seeing some major definition inn my arms and traps!

Had two amazing workouts today. Finished up my semester at school now time to bust ass for a month! First time today since 2010 that I was able to push out sprints at 10.5 mph..remind you im 5'4" my legs aren't very long! This felt great!

Kinda slacked on my log. Still in the game. I definitely appear to be thinning out. All of my pants and tank tops are too big! My weight isn't changing however I am down inches in my waist..lower abdomen.. hips and chest.
I dropped the Jillian Michaels routine. Have picked up rowing more sprints and of course elliptical trainer. Added more weight training less focusing on ab workouts.. still getting them in but got myself out of the habit of doing them daily.
I can now easily curl 3 sets of 12 with a 45lb barbell
Have hit 115 on squats
85lbs on flatbench easily
210 on leg presses.

Goals for 2016
Flat bench my body weight
Squat 200
Leg press 300
Continue becoming leaner and build up my muscle definition.

hell ya girl you are killing it, you aint in school better tighten up on these logs hahaha. jk I know how life can get in the way. just got a short notice trip to seattle for possibly a month now I gotta juggle getting some gear sent out since I just started my effin cycle FML

Thanks and Haha yeah I know I'm outta school holidays sucked my time. And double workouts are sucking my time as well but I'll do better!
A month is pretty long! Don't you just love how things time out..hope you get it worked out

oh I will get it worked out no doubt what sucks is I was running it with my wife and showing her the ropes again in the gym now she will be without a partner and probably wont go. but we gon have to talk push ups sit ups, dips and cardio can and should be done

Awesome progress, MissBizz! Those are all very good signs that you are progressing in the right direction. Leaning out, clothes getting loose, and all while getting stronger and gaining lean mass. You can't beat that at all. Nice work!
