AP's Post CT log

Sorry I didn't get back to post g last night had to drive about 4 hours after work. But Anyway...

Days 8 and 9. Still dosing in the AM no workout yesterday or today. Tomorrow I'll hit shoulders with the dumbbells i brought with me. Feeling good sleeping good and everything is pretty much the same sense of just all around better feeling. Libido still up there too which is a plus. Now hopefully I get out there and kill something not much luck early this morning.

What size db did you bring with you bro?
 
My brother in law has the bowflex adjustable that go up to 90. But won't be needing those for my shoulder work out lol

What's your opinion on the bowflex adjustables? I heard they're a pain to keep locked.
 
Rick it's definitely a goal one day lol and jm not any issues with them staying locked at all. Only real thing is you have to be semi careful and not drop them. They seem like they might break easily and if course the lable says don't drip lol

Day 10(yesterday)

Shoulders
DB press 5x5 65lb
Front raises and lat raises 15x12x4
DB upright rows 45x8x4
Rear delt flies 20x12x4
Shrugs 75x10x4

Felt good to actually do something other than sit on my ass in a tree lol. Haven't seen anything so not going so well. But still feeling great. Have been pretty consistent with the 5am dosage as well. Overall looking forward to getting back to it on Monday. Might have to blast out those 100lb dbs on bench like everyone else haha

Day 11 (yesterday)

No work out

Slightly slacked on my nutrition but by that I mean I didn't quite eat enough. Ran out of food lol. But in back at home now and I'll resume normal eating thank God. Slept great last night after a draining weekend. Really looking forward to hitting the gym tomorrow

My nutrition lacks a lot on weekends too, with family stuff and wgatever else going on. I usually get 3 meals and macros are off. I just try to make sure I get my protein in at least
 
i always end up eating less on the weekends too... i actually sleep more than 5 hours and try to rest at least a few.. i even managed a 45 minute nap on saturday which really fucked me up lolll ... thats okay brother, rest is important
 
See my problem is I have the complex where if I miss food I feel like I'm losing progress and weight... which I know isn't true just how I am after being smaller all my life. But sleep is much welcomed even took a small nap on the floor today lol

Day 12

No workout

Focused on my nutrition mainly today as well as some recovery. Super excited to be back in the gym tomorrow for chest and triceps. Took a nice nap today too lol. As far as well being goes still feeling great and libido is still way up which is always a plus. If this keeps up may have to snag another bottle and make it a 60 day log.

Chest and triceps
DB bench 55x12 80x8x2 100x5 (pr) and and 100x3
Chest press 225x8x4
Triceps Push Down 160x8x4
Incline bench 165x8x4
French press 70x8x4
Cable flies 60x10x3
Triceps kickbacks 25x8x3
Dips 50 reps in 3 sets

Absolutely the best workout I've had in a while. Set a new PR pushing the 100s today. Felt awesome getting back to the weights. Also kinda put my self conscience to rest about not eating as much since I was up about 2 lbs. Even had to snag a picture of that awesome ass pump lol
