Love it man... I’m about to buy a 308 savage arms rifle. Definitely want to hunt my own game.

I've got a sweet ass savage 308. This is an old pic it's got a 3x15 Burris on it now worth a few grand lol. It will group tighter than anything I've shot. Best rifles for the money hands down

Looks good bro, I hope to be posting the same kinda results tonight.

You ever try the angled away hammer curls? I saw them in one of Dylan's training vids and added them to my workout. Might just be the angle but those forearm veins are popping!!! Could be that I superset with normal hammer curls so the pump is crazy.

Great update!
I'm assuming you are talking about drag curls. I love those. GREAT for forearm development, on top of their obvious bicep benefits. I just did those yesterday

I don't think so... I gotta search it to be sure. What I saw in Dylan's video was a variation of hammer curls done with elbows locked at sides and arms brought up to a 90* straight out in front BUT he added something like 20* angle pushing the arms out and away from the center line of the body. This is done with dumbbells.

Nope, not drag curls but I'm going to try those tonight.

Ok so basically a drag curl with an angle variation thrown in. I'm trying to picture what you're talking about, but I'll have to look into it

I found it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyq205yErFU
It kinda sucks in the beginning because you have to watch Dylan press 110's like they're air but whatever... that's why they provide the fast forward option.

I think I'm setting that goal. By this time next year, I want to be using 110's for flat dumbbell presses with excellent form.

Unfortunately my gym maxes out on DB at 110 lbs. Pisses me off. For things like flat db presses, I really need heavier, consudering if I go to failure with the 110s I can do 15-17 reps lol. I'm seriously considering bringing a roll of duct tape with me to the gym so I can put a 5 or 10 on each side of the DB to make my own 120s and 130s...and I'm dead serious! You may see a picture of this concoction in my log very soon lol

Didn't they remove some of the heavier ones because of you? I remember you mentioning this a couple years ago.

I heard someone dropped them lol I was never told if it was Rick or not but I think there used to be bigger. Heard a guy dropped them from the top of his rep... but don't think that was Rick

Ya man, we had 115, 120, 130, and 135 before I got all those cast DBs taken away. I dropped them but it was at the end of the set of flat presses. I was using the 130s at the time and it's not like you can exactly sit up with those when you're done, and you don't want them to cause an injury or strain a bicep either. It's best to just dump them big ones but I guess they didn't understand that. Watch any big pros or whatever on YouTube pressing heavy weight and they ALL dump them at the end.

Yes it was her that said something to me about dropping them, but the former owner older bitch is the one that really gave me shit about everything else and the one that enforced it. I get along with Jill pretry well and it wasn't on her. Shit just rolls downhill lol.

deadlifts are like that too. If you try to control them on the way down you can fuck yourself up. They are supposed to be dropped

wtf... you guys are friggin monsters.

I've read the rest of the responses and it cracks me up! We also had 120's and heavier I think, my cousin used to press these quite often. Same thing happened, someone dropped them and busted a weld so they're currently "in the back" per the gym owner. We also have a dead lift dropper. I'm not gonna debate whether dropping from the knee is correct or not but I hold 315 to the floor while repping. I can't hear shit with my headphones but my wife hates this guy! It's so funny watching her get pissed when he deadlifts. I'm always the first to say look who's here!!! It's deadlift night!!! I'm also guilty of making noise on occasion like when someone loads up the leg press tree with 5's, 10's and 25's. The leg press gets 45's only... go use the press with the flat plates if you can't use 45's.

Sorry AP, a little off topic but at least your log is up top!

Lol.. yeah I would drop them bad boys. You’re a beast.. I stop at 125 and I drop them bad boys. Golds is set up correctly for this though.

You gotta be super careful though... I never want them to bounce up and hit someone’s ankle that will tear your shit up.

Love these.. it’s funny though cause allot of guys don’t know what they are. I always have someone stop me and ask what they are called.

Sorry I didn't get back to post g last night had to drive about 4 hours after work. But Anyway...

Days 8 and 9. Still dosing in the AM no workout yesterday or today. Tomorrow I'll hit shoulders with the dumbbells i brought with me. Feeling good sleeping good and everything is pretty much the same sense of just all around better feeling. Libido still up there too which is a plus. Now hopefully I get out there and kill something not much luck early this morning.
