Day 14

Bent over BB rows 185x5x5

Super set: BB curls 75x8x4 and wide grip lat pulls 170x8x4

Super set: hammer curls 35x10x3 seated cable rows 180x8x3

Drag curls 90x10x3

Close grip pull ups 4 sets to failure
Short set if core work after
Weighted crunch machine 4 sets and leg lifts 4 sets.

Honestly felt like I couldn't find enough weight this morning. I am really noticing extra aggression (for lack of a better word) it's kinda hard to explain. During the cable rows felt like I was going to snap the cable jerking it back... really liking this drag curls too hit a part of my bicep that normally doesn't get hit. Rest day tomorrow not looking forward to it but I know I've got to have them. Like JM said is his log whatever you do at the gym you just kill it. It's not possible to half ass a work out

Fuck yea! I love that feeling, gets me pissed off at the weight stack and sets the tone for the remainder of the workout.

Take that rest day, no shame in taking a day to grow...

The only reason I stopped working out this morning was because I had to go to work. I contemplated not taking a shower and working out more lol. And I know those rest days are important you grow when you rest not in the gym

This really is insane... I’m going nuts right now and breaking etiquette by posting from the gym again. It’s just unreal how I feel right now.

rest days are imperative brother... absolutely but if you can go all out beast mode on your workout days, always do it!

That's my plan. Like diet I also learned about rest days the hard way. My wife asked if I was taking our daughter to daycare and I hesitated like hmm I could hit the gym but nah I'll take the time off and hit it hard on Thursday.

Day 15

Rest day no workout out back at it tomorrow.

Going to train legs tomorrow I normally do it Fridays but I've got some new stuff I want to try and incorporate into my work out. I really do feel bad for my legs probably going to have to go into a wheel chair for a few days after lol. The motivation and drive is definitely there. Libido still high also really loving that. I forgot to mention this but I just realized it at the gym yesterday. My rest periods in between sets has been shorter. Just have more energy to push through while still increasing the weight. Post CT is in full effect for sure.

Funny story about that.... got through about 3 sets of shoulders before I realized I was supposed to train legs. Force of habit since I train shoulders on Thursdays
