sorry, all wound up today! sitting here bored to death while most of you guys already hit the gym... bastards!
Haha the time will come. And I wish on the 105s but had you been there and said hey throw these up I woulda gave it hell lol. Don't worry once you hit the gym tonight as soon as you step in the door the heavens will part angles come down as they know it's the return of the fucking king..... or something like that hahaha

Funny story about that.... got through about 3 sets of shoulders before I realized I was supposed to train legs. Force of habit since I train shoulders on Thursdays

Day 16

Shoulders at the gym today
Seated OHP 150x5x5 155x8

Rear delt cable rows 60x10x4
Cable upright rows 55x10x4
DB shrugs 70x10x4

Front raises 20x10x3
Lateral raises 15x10x3
Machine shoulder press 90x15x10

Killed OHP this morning. Added the 155 for fun and hit 8 which is a tie for a pr but I'm way stronger considering I did it at the end of the 5x5 and I think I may have had another in me with a spotter. I am definitely taking less rest too I ended up finishing almost 10 minutes sooner than normal all the same workout and with more weights. Also im so close to hitting 170 which I've never seen on a scale before. My hope is I can hit that in the next two weeks I'm floating around 168 so it's possible. Hard to believe seeing that progress just drives you harder. Makes you hit those reps and eat that food even if you don't want to. Gonna keep hitting it hard and see what I can achieve

I got the workout from a buddy. The last shoulder press is supposed to be 3 sets. However I went on a fucking all out burn fest lol in sure you know that feeling of fuck this I want more and that's exactly what happened. Just ripping out sets like a mad man lol all that extra time I had I put to good use

Day 17

Leg day
Squats 5x5 at 245. And 2x8 at 275

Leg press(close feet) 5 plates 8x4
Hamstring curls 130x10x4 (up 10lbs)

DB lunges 40x10x3
Leg extensions toes in and out 90x12x3 for each position.

Seated calf raises 2 plates 12x4
Leg press calf raises 3 plates 12x4

15 minutes on the stair climber after.

I absolutely killed the gym today. I did 245 on the squats for the 5x5 which was my next progression and well it simply wasn't enough. Threw 275 on it and went for 8 on a few sets. Close feet leg press was awesome for hitting the sweep as well which is what I'm currently working on aestheticly.

Woke up this morning with a pretty bad headache which happens from time to time. Also hips were feeling pretty sore for some reason almost aching. Obviously that wasn't going to stop me from training. By the time I hit the gym Aleve kicked in and I was ready to roll. I really don't think I can describe how good this feels lol. The ability to go into the gym and just do whatever you want and kill it no matter what. Really enjoying this product and I'm planning to get the most out of it I can.
