Yeah, I'm gonna have to use some restraint once I pull this baby out of the oven. Got it finishing in there now.
 
Had a bomb ass spinach salad today with 4 boiled eggs (2 yokes), cottage cheese, cranberries, turkey breast and banana peppers on it. Fucking delish.

This spinach tuna salad has been a staple on my cutting diet. Ingredients and macros as follows:

2 cups spinach
1 tomato
1 bell pepper
60g Avocado
8oz Albacore tuna mixed with celery, onion, sugar free relish and Hellmans Dijionaisse ( Fat/Carb Free!)

I cannot do salmon...LOL

For a meal, you can never go wrong with chicken and rice.
For my post workout meal, I love eggs with some potatoes.
