Test/Primo Cycle Final Review

Hello, I just started my first cycle in the last 15 years and would like one final review before I make any last minute changes.

Stats:
35 years old, 6’0”, 198 lbs, aprox 13% BF. Been lifting off and on the last 18 years. Goal is to pack on 5-10 lean pounds and drop 3-4% BF. I am a firefighter so cardio and health is a priority.
Back when I was 18-20 years old, I experiemented with a lot of steroids and really didn’t know what I was doing at the time. I probably have 7 cycles under my belt ranging from Test, Deca, Tren, DBol, Winny, EQ, T3, DNP.

My current cycle looks like this ( I am week 1 into my SARMS/AAS cycle)
HGH 2iu/day for 6 months (been on for 2 months)

Week 1-8 S4 50 mg/day
Week 1-8 MK-2866 25 mg/day
Week 1-16 Test E 250 mg/week
Week 1-16 Primobolan 800 mg/week
Week 1-16 Aromasin 12. 5mg EOD
Week 13-16 HCG 500 iu (2 x per week)

Week 18-21 PCT :
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/40/20/20
Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
MK-2866 25 mg /day
gw-501516 20 mg/ day

Diet:
3000 Calories
Fat 77 grams
Carbs 311 grams
Protein 207 grams

I was wondering if my cycle appears to be good to go to reach my goal or if I should increase Test E to 350 mg/week? Also thinking about adding 350 mg Deca per week, but don’t want to hold too much water. Would the addition of these provide any benefit?

I have some TBol and may run that as a finisher for the last 6 weeks of the cycle at 40-60mg/day. Depends if my kidney can handle it? I was going to use it as a kickstart, but it seemed to cause my right kidney to cramp up within hours after ingesting 60mg so I stopped immediately.

i would leave the cycle as it is... its absolutely perfect... the only small changes i would make... run s4 and mk 12 weeks and you CAN increase test to 350 but its not entirely necessary... otherwise, i have to say, im extremely pleased to see the research you have put into this and everything on it looks great.. if you are thinking about adding anything, my recommendation would be winstrol and gw501516 but no need for deca especialy with the goals you have... if cardio is a priority then gw would be an excellent fit... great job and good luck on your cycle

Thank you, Ive watched a TON of your videos and tried to educate myself as much as possible before starting another AAS cycle. Never thought Id touch this stuff again, but it sure feels good being re-introduced to it.

I'll save the Deca for another cycle then. I don't want to add too much water weight or unnecessary bulk.

Do you think its worth giving TBol another shot? Maybe try smaller doses throughout the day: 20mg in the morning, 20mg afternoon, 20mg evening? Id take 60mg all at once, but last time I did that my kidney really started to hurt.
 
Just thought of another idea. How about using 60mg/day Turinabol for the first 6 weeks as a Kickstart and use 50mg/day of Winstrol the last 6 weeks as Finisher?
 
Haha, yes, Im definitely known for going a bit extreme. Thanks for keeping me grounded. I'll stick to my original plan and add the Winny as you suggested.

No don't want to be one of those guys, but I naturally steer that direction. I'm very lucky I didn't cause permanent damage to myself with all the steroids I took when I was in my late teens/early twenties.

Used to home brew my Tren Ace and God only knows how purified that crap was? Used a lot of AAS with subpar PCT. Surprised my natural test recovered, but I think it took years.

To help maintain health, Ive been taking Milk Thistle the last month and just started taking N2Guard today. Drink 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and also drink my Greens each day. And Ive been taking Cissus the last 2 months which has done miracles for my tennis elbow and joint pain. Have a pretty good multi vitamin too.

Good health is my number one priority.

I will for sure. Really wish I took some pics a couple months ago, Ive already made good progress since then. Ill probably take some pics within the next couple days since its the start of this cycle.

excellent... there is a FAR better all in one coming out than n2guard next week and also, you may want to consider mk2866 for your tennis elbow but yes, do not overdo it

Better than N2Guard? Yes, I am very interested. As a matter of fact, I didn't realize they are located in Henderson, NV. They are probably only a few miles away from me. Pretty cool. I was wondering why my supplement got to my house so damn fast!

a lot of companies are based in or around las vegas because of the no state tax.. its a prime location to ship products and run a business
 
Hey, I just got some bloodwork done at the beginning of my cycle and I have a few questions and concerns.

My paternal grandmother died of an unknown liver condition in her early 70s, so my liver has always been a concern. When I did AAS in my late teens/early 20s, I had elevated liver enzymes in the 200 range so I had to stop useage of orals. I had liver byopsy done to make sure no damage was done and I was good to go.

Fast forward to today, 15 years later. My liver enzymes have always been on the higher side of the normal ramge, but nothing alarming until today.

I've been on S4 for 4 weeks. Its from a company called Virilitech. I dont doubt if its real because Ive seen good strength gains, muscle hardness, and have issues with yellow vision so have to follow 5 on 2 off protocol to help reduce yellow tint.

I decided to run 60mg/day of TBol with my current cycle and only been on for 5 days. Bloodwork was done 3 days after starting TBol (received results today).

AST (SGOT): 81 (0-40 normal range)
ALT (SGPT): 167 (0-44 normal range)

I am concerned because Im not sure if my liver enzymes have been elevated the entire time Ive been on S4 or if my enzymes could have spiked that high after only 3 days of using TBol? Either way, this seems pretty high to run for 6 weeks. I have pretty much deciced to stop all orals and stick to Test and Primo. I am kicking myself for not getting bloodwork done before I started TBol. Ive been running 2000mg Milk Thistle per day the last month and just started taking N2Guard a few days ago.

Is this a normal elevation for liver enzymes while on oral AAS? What are your thoughts?

I think best course of action would be to stop S4 and TBol, continue N2Guard at 7 caps/day. Get bloodwork done in 4 weeks. If liver is good to go, consider using TBol or Winny as finisher and get bloodwork done one week after starting oral to see how bad liver enzymes spike.

I may just have to stick to injectables only? No reason to jeopardize my health when there are safer options out there.

After thinking things over and asking Dylan a few questions, I decided to stop ALL orals immediately.

My current cycle consists of the following:

HGH 2iu ED
Test E 350mg/week
Primo 800mg/week
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD

Since I am no longer going to run any orals during this cycle, I am interested in adding Deca. I am trying to decide between 3 options

Option 1:
350mg Test E
250mg Deca
800mg Primo
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Caber .5mg E3D

Option 2:
350mg Test E
350mg Deca
800mg Primo
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Caber .5mg E3D

Option 3:
250mg Test E
250mg Deca
800mg Primo
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
Caber .5mg E3D


I don't want to hold too much water because I don't like the bloated look. Id like to add Deca to this cycle because I think it will help me add the extra bit of size/strength Im looking for. Plus I need to kill my legs because they are my weakest link, so Im gonna be doing a lot of Squats, Deadlifts, and Leg Presses. Im thinking the extra water from Deca may help lubricate my joints. Hopefully it will help with my tennis elbow as well. Although since Ive run HGH, my tennis elbow seems to be non existent.

I don't HAVE to run Deca. It just seems like it will be a nice addition since Im not going to start or finish the cycle with any orals.
