B12 is a very important micro nutrient and its bioavailability os horendous we loose like 90 percent of what we eat of it through digestion . some people loose it all and are deficient thats why injections of it are so much better . most see results but if your one of the 10 percent who can absorb amy from your diet it will work miricals for you
