Hey guys was trying to create my second cycle and wanted some advice.
My first cycle I ran was this


1-12 test sustanon 350 mg week
1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.


pct 15-18


clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day


I had great results with this and ended up keeping about 12.5-14 pounds of it months after pct.
I am thinking for this cycle I will go
Test cyp 400mg 1-12
EQ 400mg 1-12
Potential anadrol (watched the video on low dose and lean gains which intrigued me)
If not the anadrol than Winstrol week 8-12 50mg
Don't want to do both as far as liver concerns
Same sarms as before
Same pct as before
Include hcg regime week 11-14 1000ius a week

Would love some opinions I know you all were super helpful during my first cycle planning and I accredite that to the success I had following it. Also this would not be started for another month and a half but would like to get everything I need before hand.

i can definitely help you bro... a few questions for you... what exactly are your goals this cycle?? what are your stats now?? age/height/weight/body fat? let me know and i can help you brother
 
Hey Dylan thanks for the response. I am 6'4 237.5 at 9 percent bodyfat. My goals are to put on as much lean mass as possible. I wouldn't mind getting my body fat down maybe to 8 but I realize this is mostly done in the kitchen and last cycle although I ate relatively clean I was traveling for work and it wasn't as meticulous as it could/should have been. This time around I have a break from any traveling and can hammer down my eating. My first priority would really be putting on lean muscle though for sure. I still do a lot of cardio though which I may need to cut back a little... amazing how ya do something for 5 years every morning how difficult it is to break routine haha maybe that's just me being crazy. Also I want muscle that I'll be able to keep.. I kept about 90 percent from last cycle and would love to be able to do that again. Anyway sorry for all the extra ranting appreciate the help man.
 
I'm 24 (almost 25) also sorry forgot to add that, played 5 years D1AA football as I said in my first post don't have the speed to play any higher which I accredit to the white mans disease I inherited lol. Never used during my playing days due honestly to paranoi over testing and losing my scholarship.
 
You are definitely a little young to be running AAS man. Your body is still at its peak of naturally producing hormones. Maybe just stick to sarms for a couple years. I can see you've done your homework but you may want to reconsider at your age. Also, many might say the EQ at 400mg a week is a waste. Recommended dose is often between 600-800
 
This is a tough one bro. On the positive side, I have to give you a ton of credit because you've obviouosly done your homework and have put together a very good successful cycle already, and you are going about things the right way. You also have the right stats for steroid use and are in the right condition. The only thing I have a problem with is your age, because you are still a little young. You are almost 25 which is typically the earliest I'd recommend steroid use. I'm going to go ahead and give you a but of info because you've already done a great deal of work on your end, you have a good head on your shoulders, good stats, and have already ran a good successful cycle on top of basically being nearly there in age.

There are a couple things you need to change with compounds, but there are a couple things that need changed

1-16 Test C 400mg per week
1-16 EQ 600mg per week
1-16 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-6 Tbol 60mg per day

Thank you guys and RickRock I like the look of that a lot. I realize I am on the younger side for using AAS but I have studied up for about a year and a half evaluating the pros and cons. By no means does this make me an expert not even close, that's why this forum is so helpful to learn from more experienced users. I've decided for me personally it's worth the risks that's why I want to run it the right way though. I have a close family friend as my doc and he's aware (off the record) of everything I have taken/will take in the future. I got my blood work done before and after the last cycle and even though it was a light one everything was nearly identical a month after my post cycle.

Tbol is amazing (if you get real tbol) I felt so good on it like I get all excited just thinking about it. I would pop my tbol pre workout and then once I hit the gym I just felt like an animal. So much endurance, incredible pumps, lean muscle gains, strength gains, you don't have to worry about estrogen. I have a little bit of gyno from puberty, this was before I ever took anything that the doctor said "yep you have a mild case of gyno". That being said I love steroids that build muscle without estrogen conversion and tbol is the king in that department. I guarantee you will enjoy it if you try it out.

For sure will man. In my head I want about 10-15 that I can hold onto after cycle... sounds real doable with proper training nutrition etc. will post when I start, gonna be a little though... month month and half. Should I just add to this thread or start a new one?
