sarms ....first day at the gym...log

how is your current diet after you finished the 3 day tuna?



Diet I changed a little...I upped my carbs a little...I initially lost 12#s...I put 4#s back on but still keeping 6-8 servings of tuna daily....I'm doing great...I'm weighing in at 214...I can't remember when I was this lean. I'm loving it!

Getting ready to run another 3 day tuna diet!
 
I'm trying to pack on a little more muscle now...I'm pretty happy with my weight...plus I know muscle will use fat for energy.
 
Well in my 5th week...still running 2500 cals 50/35/15...super stack...gainzzzzz are showing but now I'm seeing vascularity in my abs. ...I've never had this. I feel like a kid in a candy store. ..well a 40 y/o kid... HELLS YEAH!!!!!

Here's an updated pic.....it's crazy that just over a year ago I was 85#s heavier. The only abs I had then would hang over my belt. Looking at my mid section now compared to my avatar pic I can see more definition.I've definately leaned out. I'm looking forward to this time next year!

Pic on the left most recent...pic on the right prior to starting sarms. Definately a noticeable difference.

problem with before pic is you are in planet fitness lol..

but good job on the progression man you have definitely made good progress..

abs are cutting through, delts are starting to pop, veins coming out, etc. very good

lol, im just messing man i used to work out at planet fitness when i lived in Florida..its a cheap membership and its an ok gym for the price..i just cant stand the environment. and they try to kick people out for grunting or dropping weights..thats just absurd imo..

i saw a video of a big fat black dude doing the back extension machine WHILE he was eating pizza on a plate. its so awesome planet fitness gives pizza and doughnuts out..flipping morons..
 
Update.....I'm 41 y/o 6'7" 215#s (currently), been ruuning off of 2500 cals 50/35/15.I'm nearing the end of my sarms....I've seen a difference and tranformation. I've been cutting and trying to lean out. I noticed a huge increase in cardio, it was unreal. I also have suffered a terrible injury to my knee years ago. I normally have chronic pain from this, I will say with the sarms I hardly hurt anymore. I've noticed more lean muscle and vascularity. I think sarms really helped me out. I've lost somewhere around 15 #s while on cycle. I can tell my bf is down considerably. Ive also noticed a nice widening of my upper torso, never had this before. Despite having excess skin on my midsection (lost around 85-90#s)I can see a six pack.I love it. I'll be starting a test cycle next after I finish my sarms and pct.

I'm far from done.....now it's time to start building muscle.

I included a pic of me when I started 15 months ago, at my heaviest. I loved cake!
