No I haven't run it this way before. It's still a learning experience for me. And I hope there always will be something more to learn with each one laid out.
As I mentioned earlier, if things go south or hit too hard I will back off doses. I just need to feel it out. But I appreciate the questions and concern. Feel free to add anything you see as we go.

So chest followed by arms today.
Incline barbell bench. Flat bench DB fly. A unilateral concentration crossover thing lol. And a low cable without the crossover. Stopped at the center.
Then arms. Superset bi and tri. 4 exercises with 3 sets each. Just a mixture of the normal movements.

Ha thanks. I'm expecting a lot this go. We are at Universal today. So goodbye any type of diet lol. Oh well. It's early so shouldn't bloat me too bad

205 this morning. Yesterday was legs. Had a lot of initial power but the endurance wasn't there. Did my warm ups and then hit squats 225 for 11. Then next set only like half that. All power was gone. Kind of weird but I have to remind myself that I've neglected legs for so long, so it's to be expected.
Today was back. Decent lifts. Wicked lower back pump but didn't stop me from getting a good lift.

This post is to elaborate a little more on my last update and add a little extra. So any feedback is welcome.
Monday was legs. Initial power was good but lost the endurance side quick. So it was a quick but hard lift for me. I know the number is low right now and I've been higher before, but I believe it will come back fast and I'll be hitting PRs before long.
So last week I just put 135 on and added 10-20 lbs per set and did 4-5 reps all the way to 225. Then did a few triples there. Well Monday I put 225 on and had a friend look at the form and was planning on hitting 5-6 and ended up at 11. Felt great. But after that my legs were shot. Did a couple more sets of 3-5 then moved on to extensions/curls and leg press/calves.
Hit back yesterday. It was a decent lift. Forearms were really bothering me through he grip. So halfway through I grabbed my straps but it still gave me the issues through my palm, wrist, and forearm. Oddly enough, this happened my last blast as well and I'm wondering if it could be from the test side effects? Possibly? Not sure.
Today I will be doing either chest or arms or both lol. Depending how I feel about an hour before.
Diet has been shitty. So I am going to sit down, clean the board, and start with the beginning basics and build from there. Probably be a lot of chicken and rice to start.

Sorry guys. I'm still here lol. This week has been a decent week. Work is murdering me so I'm having some motivation/energy issues in the gym. But I absolutely killed shoulders yesterday. My weak point for sure. Hammered them in a different way to hopefully promote some growth.
Diet has been better though. I bought an isolator fitness bag. So I've been taking extra meals for work. I'll write up what I'm eating by the start of next week.
