From what I've heard, just left he deca take the cake. Don't add tren in this cycle. I expect to put major size and strength on with this blast of Test and deca.

I'm with you. I'm running test and Deca at 500mg each and not having any issues. Control prolactin and you're good. The double test thing is an outdated piece of nonsense

Some shoulder work today. A week and a half off the gym and damn everything is heavy. But I'm back now and no more breaks.
DB ohp. Behind the back lateral cable raises. Angled DB raises on an incline bench. Bar ohp. Shrugs. High pull(?).
Slamming my mts whey and Carb 10. Heading home to grill some chicken.

Shoulders have always been a week spot for me. The movements of raises are just odd for me.

Are you feeling the Deca yet? My first pin of Deca @ 300/wk was on October 23rd and I swear I felt it kicking in yesterday. Maybe I just felt great but it usually takes about 6 weeks for me and I'm only in week 4.

Agreed... I love it I just hate the acne I get from it on my back but I just keep my shirt on. It's just one of those things I've learned to deal with.
Not yet. Just a week and a half in. Soon man. I know it will be soon. I should be getting the drol tomorrow or Friday. I made a mistake and requested dbol lol. So Robo just reshipped my drol instead.
