It's quite good and can be adjusted to fit macros quite easily :).

I used:

1/2 cup raw oats
1 egg
1 banana (half goes in batter, other half reserved for topping)
1/2 serving fat free cottage cheese.
10g. cocoa powder
stevia to taste (I'll admit, I go somewhat heavy on this haha)
1 scoop chocolate whey
A bit of water to thick consistency

Throw all ingredients in blender and cook on pancake griddle on medium low heat (flip when bubbles form)

Top with peanut butter, sf chocolate syrup, and remainder of banana.

Enjoy :).

Thats quite a bit of sugar related items for a refeed day. Well for a woman i mean

The banana is really the only food that contains actual fructose, but she can easily make this without a banana. It would be a tad bit dry though, which is no biggie.
 
I was more reffering to cocoa, the syrup, peanut butter etc.
