Speaking of putting away a ton of food...

I am very strict in terms of hitting my macros and getting plenty of micronutrients every day. To the point where I stay within 2-4 grams of each macro, etc. Well, it was a family occasion (parents were in town, meeting the gf's family, etc) and the girl knows I'm a big eater. She challenged me to put away as much as I could at one of the local buffets. Obviously, I don't condone this behavior. It wasn't a binge seeing as I could've stopped at any time, but I was up for the challenge. I put away 4 full plates and two dessert plates. I couldn't eat again for roughly 12 hours lol. My stomach felt like hell. Good times :).

Ya i havnt been eating very much lately. Doing this keto diet and mixed in a intermittent fast. But i get plenty of avacado eggs bacon steak and cheese. Just not much carbs and ive been and irritable fuck lately. Lol

I think I'm going to up my cals too. I'm only on 200g test and mk677 right now and I've been cranky as fuck too. Although much of what j thought was muscle turned out to be water so I'm back to 209 from 218 on the dbol.
