Protein peanut butter oatmeal this morning..dishes done.. .2 loads of laundry in...chicken in the crockpot for lunches.....today is supposed to be chest day although my spotter chose to workout this morning and is now sleeping.. 😕 debating on going..

Tonight I am eating off for the superbowl.

Today's workout sucked! Inspirational music was Limp bizkit, Staind, Nickelback

Chest
Leverage incline chest press
45lb plates on each side
4 sets of 8
2 sets of 6

Cable high crossovers
Not sure on the weight it's in metrics I think and a 2 pulley machine
4 sets of 10
2 sets of 8

Cable mid chest crossovers
3 sets of 8

Lower chest cable raise
3 sets of 10

Butterfly 70#
3 sets of 8

Typically I also do
Bench presses
Dumbell presses
Push ups
And pull ups
Today I wasn't feeling it and slacked

Finished up with 15 mind on elliptical trainer resistance of 85 incline at 10


Going to prepare food for the superbowl and finish up my laundry, hope everyone enjoys their evening!

Breakfast today I added oats kept me full until lunch

Breakfast - 310cal 37g carbs 13g fat 17g protein
1/2c quick oats
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Cinnamon
2 large eggs

Lunch -155 calories 5g carbs 26g protein 2g fat
1 cup steamed claifornia blend veggies
4oz chicken breast cooked with tumeric, onion powder, garlic and hot buffalo
 
Not all workouts can be great. Even a bad workout is better than NO workout. Plus, you got to have bad ones to appreciate the good ones...kind off like dating I suppose.
 
I'll start off with the rest of my meals

Snacks - 410 calories total 22g carbs 13g fat 54g protein

Afternoon snack was a pack of Mexican tuna..it's all I had with me
110 calories
Preworkout I snacked on a low fa string cheese 90 calories
Post workout protein drink
Chocolate protein, fat free milk, ice, teaspoon natural peanut butter

Dinner: 370 calories 35g protein 13g fat 30g carb
Dinner was fish and broccoli and cheese

Total for the day ended up being a 29%carb 29% fat 42%protein
Calories 1248
 
Workout was awesome.. I'm feeling great and energized this week no more shortness of breath and the var has kicked in the pumps tonight in my biceps were great and a little painful!

It was very good, first time I've tried tumeric, I threw it all together in the crockpot...would taste great baked as well!

Awesome I'm gonna give it a go tomorrow with my chicken. How long do you let chicken cook in the crockpot? I've been wanting to try it but am worried about over cooking it and coming back to chicken moosh lol.
