Today was chest and triceps day. I'm feeling overall really great! Noticing some fat dropping off.

White crock pot is buffalo sauce chicken both garlic and onion powder

Liquid smoke, tumeric, onion powder, garlic powder cilantro, minced onion and a little chicken broth

Bigb wanted pasta for dinner so went with pasta zero, organic low sugar marinara sauce and added tomatoes paste to thicken it up.

The pasta zero, is it packed in water? Looks exactly like Quest noodles, I googled it and the main ingredient is glucomannan, just like quest. The reason I didn't like quest is because it had a funny smell to the liquid and you had to rinse the shit out of it to lose most of the smell. Is this similar? thanks

Yes very similar...I do wash them and then I add them to some olive oil garlic and Italian seasoning. Also with the tomato paste it makes them absorb the sauce better. They're pretty good when you wash them and then season them up.

I did ok...went with Mahi Mahi, tomato mozzarella salad, and I fucked up with Mac and cheese lol. We had a fantastic time and seen 50 shades darker :)

Sounds amazing, we saw split, at least most of it. A fight broke out in the front of the movie theater with about 15 minutes left in the movie and they shut it down lol
 
Awesome that you have great discipline to prep all your meals like that. I do mine the night before but sometimes it is tough to get out of work go to gym then come home and help wife with kiddos. Maybe i will try and do them all on sunday. Maybe that will take some stress off.

Thanks, I do both mine and bigbs on Sundays...I'm like you throughout the week the evenings are terrible with the gym, kids, schoolwork etc so Sundays definitely save me on time. I'd highly recommend if you're off on Sundays do it then. The only thing I find if you do salads they don't keep well so only prep for 3 days. I go with chicken and veggies because they stay pretty fresh for the entire week.

Breakfasts are easy I take 2 eggs to work and oatmeal..so sometimes I measure out my oatmeal on Sundays as well and put them in sandwich baggies and cook at work. I also do vwggies, cut and wash, put them in a large container and take what I need for snacks every morning.

Mmm, love me some squash and zucchini. Sunday is crockpot day at my house as well, makes food prep for the week so much easier.

Life got to me the last 2 days so I had to switch things up.

Tuesday 20 mind of cardio
Wednesday -I did legs again as I had to switch days on my hiit class.
Didn't do as many exercises but I gave full effort and seen increases everywhere
