Lgd 4033 and GW LOG

Yeah that's kind of where I'm at now, I know I have to be taking in quite a bit less than my daily needed amount of calories right now with the diet change, That's why I'm hoping the lgd kind of keeps me from losing to much muscle weight while shedding some of the fat. 6-24-16.jpg That was the start two weeks ago, can't see stomach unfortunately from this shot, but it's a tight gut not all flabby, and when I tighten it up you can see a 4 pack peaking through at the top, have to burn that crap off and I'm holding a bit on the sides as well but not hanging. Every where else is pretty tight. I need to get a correct body fat percentage taken as when I had it done for work for health insurance back in Oct, they just did weight to height ratio, and that's way off as I'm holding quite a bit of muscle compared to an average person my height.

Basically things like bread, pasta, Milk etc. I guess maybe it's just percentages of those items. I always thought as long as you kept your calories in check you could eat kind of whatever you wanted to a certain extent. Obviously not a candy bar diet but If I needed 3,000 calories a day would it kill me if just for example if 500 of those came from pizza?
I'm a pretty smart guy but this whole macros things has me puzzled, calories in calories out seems simple, but breaking it down into different types of fats, sugars, different types of carbs is where it gets mind boggling for me. I want to put on mass but also lean out the slight gut I have. I basically always have eaten whatever I wanted and stayed the same weight for the past 10+ years and I ate rather unhealthy for the most part. I read his post and have been racking my brain trying to figure those things out. I am the middle guy I guess with my metabolism.

As Rockmfhudd said, may want to consider a cut first to get your bf down. You will need to figure out your specific BMR and your specific TDEE. Your TDEE will factor in daily activities. Be conservative when selecting activity levels. As far as the 500cal for pizza, well there are several issues here. First, how do you know that slice of pizza really has 500cal. Because the food app says it does? I generally don't eat anything that doesn't have a nutrition label. Except once a week, I go out to eat and simple don't track it. Second, some people can handle junk food better because they are naturally "leaner". I am not so I cant get away with being lax like others can. The diet/nutrition part can seem a little confusing at first as thus is why so many people fail to get their diet in check. Master your diet and you will be ahead of 90% of the people in the gym.

Thanks Gents appreciate all the advice. I'm going to try cleaning out my phone so I can get that app downloaded. I also need to buy a food scale asap. I want to get this in check quick.

Good Morning, today it has been two weeks since I started the LGD and GW Cycle. Going to try and get this organized so I'm not running all over the place,

5'9"
Starting weight was 188.8 lbs, after one week I was at 190, this morning after week 2 I am at 187.8.

Now I see why you guys recommend to never look at the next cycle of something until after your through your current. My Original goal was to get to 200 lbs. That would have took some major eating and probably pretty dirty for me to get enough calories in.
I really cleaned up my diet once I started this and have to be taking in way less calories than I was before I started.

So now I look at this goal differently, I am carrying some fat especially in the belly which I am losing, I don't know percentages but my pants are looser and belts going into the next hole. My shirts are getting tighter and I just look bigger and leaner, more vascular as well, new veins starting to show up.

So my thought process has changed from wanting to get to 200 then probably having to burn off ten pounds of fat and being 190, to burning the fat now but keeping at or around 190 lean, anything extra is a bonus. From everything I have seen posted the LGD takes 3-4 weeks to really kick in so I don't have much to say about that yet but maybe that is what is keeping me from losing extra poundage considering my significant diet change.
I'm looking forward to see what else it brings in the coming weeks, The GW I can definitely notice in the gym, I don't want to leave.

Libido is up, Lasting longer in the sack, and on occasion throwing in the triple x which works very well if anyone was wondering.

Appetite has been up, I'm eating more often but as above a lot healthier than before. I do have some upset stomach moments through out the day in brief spurts, I will just feel nauseas for like 10 mins here and there but not sure what to attribute that too just yet.
My diet is way different than before, taking in a lot more protein, vegetables, fruit etc. and cut out almost of bread, dairy and sugar.

I really need to get some cardio going, never a big fan but know I need to get on it.

now your on the right track... its a marathon, not a sprint and sometimes you have to achieve one thing to eventually get to another... utilize sarms to get you exactly where you need to be before you just start bulking... you need to get to strong conditioning first which you will... i love how you are understanding, learning and receptive... very very wise and it earns you a great deal of respect and will only benefit you brother

hi guys

I currently doing my first cycle of sarms. i bought lgd, s4, rad, gw. i usually workout at late evening around 8pm. must i still take all of them 30 mins before workout or i should still take them first thing in the morning. need your advice on this guys.

brother, this is someones personal log you just hijacked... thats about the worst thing you could to do someone in terms of forum etiquette and respect... please, in the future, do not do this... start your own thread with questions and it will be answered for you...

gw is the only one you need to take 30 minutes before workout or if you want, you can take it in the a.m. with everything else.. here is the layout for the cycle..

1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
9-12 d aspartic acid

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

Damn bro, just saw your posted pic. Your not in bad shape and are definitely holding more muscle than the average guy. Your holding more muscle than me for sure. Clean up your diet a bit and you will be good to go my friend.

Thanks Dylan and ironlifter36, yeah I'm happy with my size right now, but bigger would be better of course lol, but I want to at least stay that size and lose my fat for now, then grow. Thanks for al the help and suggestions, will update soon!

I think with the LGD, GW and a good diet that won't take you long.

Okay, well just finished week 3. My weight is exactly the same which is good actually +1 lb, I'm not losing muscle, but I am leaning out more, veins showing up, muscles a lot tighter and stomach is getting smaller, I weighed 189 this morning. Got a few nice compliments on my arms over the weekend and some one told me to lay off the juice. lol. but that person hasn't seen me since last summer and I trained hard all winter.
I do have a question about acne on this. I am older 42 and don't really or haven't had it bad my entire life, pimples here and there and ingrown hairs, but I have a patch of something coming up on my right shoulder, I see people talk about backnee, is it possible to get this on your shoulder instead?
My back is fine, no problems on face, and could the lgd cause this? I'm not on anything else besides the lgd, gw and triple x maybe2- 3 times a week when I see the girlfriend.
It almost seems like a rash, just a little cluster of small pimples.

you are getting better and better with your mind set... this is exactly how to do it... you get in the best condition possible and lose as much fat as you can while maintaining and adding as much muscle as possible THEN you try to add the size... its a process and the ones that follow that process correctly are the ones who make all the gains! im proud of you man...

Those small ones are normal. It should clear up and then u get em somehwere else til ur body adjusts

yeah i was noticing smaller ones here and there especially on my arms but then over the weekend kind of broke out pretty in a pretty good patch on front of shoulder and a little larger than the others

what your doing is very impressive... if you keep this attitude and keep asking good questions, following what your taught and learning more and more, you are going to have changes and gains you never expected bro...

ya man I just reread this thread and saw your posted pic, you have an awesome base to build on brother and if and when you start hitting that cardio especially with sr9009 and gw holy shit it will rock your socks, I was like you and hated cardio until sarms and now I can knock out 2 a days like nothing. you have an awesome road ahead of you to far exceed any goals you may set for yourself, keep rocking it and tweaking the diet sodium, carbs, potassium etc mostly from food sources and you will do great things here and keep up the log man I am following and I see you are adding input where needed as well

Thanks Rock appreciate it, yeah I really need to do cardio, I do have a bad back so have to ease into that, I wish I could run but can't take the pounding my back just locks up, they have a cool machine here almost like a ski machine, I'm gonna get on that and ride the bike at home. I'm definitely slimming down with the diet as is, but I'm sure it would be a lot quicker throwing in a decent amount of cardio.

Damn an hour!!! yeah I know once I start I'll get into it. setting a goal to start Monday, that will be my 1 month in on the cycle.
