Hello Dylan,

First let me thank you for all your precious help with your videos, I truly appreciate your kindness.
I need help from you for my 2nd cycle. I am 32 years old, and I’ve been training naturally for 12 years. I am in top condition. Right now I’m 5,9 feet / 180 pounds. I have 7% bodyfat

My goal is the same than yours, to take LEAN AND CLEAN MUSCLE GAIN
I decided recently to do a first cycle 5 months ago and I took 13 pounds of high quality muscle with no fat, from 167 pounds to 180 pounds. Here was my first cycle:

1-12 LGD 10mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 rad140 20 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 S4 75 mg day - 25 mg in the a.m/ 25 mg in the p.m / 25mg before bed
1-12 Mk-677 20mg mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-6 Haladrol dosed twice a day (2 first weeks 50mg, then 2 weeks after 75mg, then last 2 weeks 100mg)
1-12 Liver Support

pct 13-16
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
mk-2866 25 mg day
gw-501516 20 mg day

My BIG question is this one, I never saw it answer or asked. When someone has very good result with a cycle: No Side effects, awesome gains,…. And that this person wants to do a NEW SECOND cycle in a few months, should I keep the same first cycle or change it ? I never saw this answer when someone does a good first cycle, what should he do then ?

I love sarms and I don’t want to get needles injected in myself, But by watching your videos I have the idea to combine your ideas and do this new cycle in a few months:

Well, I think you are on the right track with a solid plan but I don't see testosterone listed in your compounds. You must have test for each and every AAS cycle. For your first real steroid cycle you shouldn't overcomlicate it, and stick with test only as well. Forget about Winstrol and primo for now. Add in S4 for the hardening and vascularity benefits.

Here is a good protocol for you. Make sure to get your sarms and pct from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 Test C 300mg per week
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 MK-677 25mg per day dosed once in the AM

your on the right track aside from a few things... 1. rad cannot replace test as a test base 2. you should not use primo on a first cycle... 3. your timing is off

if your scared of injections then you shouldn't use steroids... hcg injections are with an insulin syringe... i would use it, yes... thats up to you but i would not use andriol in place of test injections... if you dont want to inject then just run sarms only

Bro you are referencing an article from evolutionary, which is about the worst place you can find information. That IS NOT my article in any way, and I wouldn't believe a thing in it.

You always need testosterone as a base to a cycle if you are using other steroids. RAD-140 gives testosterone like effects but does not replace actual testosterone. It's not suitable to run primo and Winstrol with that as your test base.

Apparently MENT is so dangerous because it leads to infertily and Epiandrosterone is weak.

So is 4-Andro a good choice if I want to have a test base avoiding injections ?

There is no practical (cost effective) oral replacement for testosterone. If you are that eager to run AAS. You have to get over the fear of injections.
If you can't then Sarms are your best bet. Or this life style (hormone enhanced) may not be right for you.

You are way off base bro. There is no viable replacement for actual testosterone. Certainly not any oral prohoromone
