In most cases I lift usually later in the day, around 530pm or 6pm. Will a full dose of GW keep me awake all night like pre workout would? Or should I only take half a dose of GW ?

No, GW contains no stimulants or anything that should keep you awake at night at all. You should be fine dosing before your workout
 
Awesome that's what I was hoping to hear. Since I'm going to be using it as a first timer. Should I start off on a low dose and work to 20mgs or start with a full amount ?

You are fine to start with 20mg. There is no need to ease into it at all bro
 
I have sleep problems you'll never ever want to have, and if I can sleep on it(gw), you sure as hell can.

Dont even remotely worry about it
 
I'm in the same boat. Perscriptions to fall asleep as is. Most of the time they don't work. Trust me I've been having an issue for a few years now it's terrible , but thanks that's good to know it won't make it worse !
 
Hey Rogue this may sound ridiculous but, I had horrible insomnia issues for some time. Life, injuries, bills, nothing at all either kept me up or woke me up 2-3 hours in to sleep. I attacked it in three ways:

Wrote down my biggest concern and put it on my night stand

Drank a cup of Sleep time tea in total darkness and gave myself half an hour to think through it

Laid down and concentrated on seeing the inside of my eyelids while controlling breathing and not allowing ANY conscious thought to break my concentration on my eye lids.


I know it sounds crazy but it worked. To the point now that I can take a pre w/o, lift, eat, shower and fall right asleep. Good luck man. It sucks.

Thanks dude I appreciate the advice. I've tried many things to try and get more rest. It's got much better than before but it goes in spells. Some days I can fall right asleep and stay asleep then some days I can just lay there most of the night.

I'll give it a shot!

incorporate sleep genius app from android its free, i use it often

the only thing that has disrupted my sleep is fucking tren sweats but im so damn tired and stoned when i lay down, i fall asleep in less than 2 minutes... i know it sucks when you have trouble... i know natural remedies do next to nothing at that point as well... mk677 enhances sleep in a major way... something to consider

THC is my favorite natural remedy of all time ! one that actually works
 
Its all fair game here pretty much unless youre all like "Hey bro's im 15 and lookin to do a tren/test/dbol run to meet some ladies. Havent started liftin yet, diets mainly Taco Bell, and my b/f is like 25% but I got DNP for that. Can someone tell me what pin means?"
