In most cases I lift usually later in the day, around 530pm or 6pm. Will a full dose of GW keep me awake all night like pre workout would? Or should I only take half a dose of GW ?
Awesome that's what I was hoping to hear. Since I'm going to be using it as a first timer. Should I start off on a low dose and work to 20mgs or start with a full amount ?
Thanks dude I appreciate the advice. I've tried many things to try and get more rest. It's got much better than before but it goes in spells. Some days I can fall right asleep and stay asleep then some days I can just lay there most of the night.

Hey Rogue this may sound ridiculous but, I had horrible insomnia issues for some time. Life, injuries, bills, nothing at all either kept me up or woke me up 2-3 hours in to sleep. I attacked it in three ways:
Wrote down my biggest concern and put it on my night stand
Drank a cup of Sleep time tea in total darkness and gave myself half an hour to think through it
Laid down and concentrated on seeing the inside of my eyelids while controlling breathing and not allowing ANY conscious thought to break my concentration on my eye lids.
I know it sounds crazy but it worked. To the point now that I can take a pre w/o, lift, eat, shower and fall right asleep. Good luck man. It sucks.

the only thing that has disrupted my sleep is fucking tren sweats but im so damn tired and stoned when i lay down, i fall asleep in less than 2 minutes... i know it sucks when you have trouble... i know natural remedies do next to nothing at that point as well... mk677 enhances sleep in a major way... something to consider
weed doesn't count... its legal in half the u.s if not recreational, at least medical.. i could talk it ALL DAY LOLI agree big time!!!!!, wasn't sure if I was allowed to talk about thc on here lol
