So glad that you have overcome that terrible situation. Sounds like your training is going well. Keep doing what your doing. Great job

Ok guys, got lucky with a contract and it's limited my time here the last few days. Everything still going strong and I'm doing my best to sit down tonight and post the previous 2 days routines.
Just 45 minutes on the bike today, can't run on the leg yet.

Keep killing it bro. Looking forward to your updates

Friday looked like this:
All reps 10-12 reps unless otherwise noted.
Standing barbell military press X 4
Seated dB shoulder press X 4
Standing barbell upright row X 4
Seated dB lateral raise X 4
Standing dB front raise X 3
Heavy Barbell shrugs X 3
Heavy DB shrugs X 3

Also did 30 min steady state cardio on bike in AM.

Saturday I devoted to abs. Since the surgery, my abs have gone by by and need alot of work.
Weighted crunch X 3 18 - 20 reps
Toes to bar X 3 to exhaustion
Oblique crunch X 3 to exhaustion
Decline weighted situp X 3 15 - 18 reps

30 minutes steady state cardio.

I'm running a pretty basic routine right now, and doing well. I listen to my body and although these routines will mostly stay the same for the next few weeks, I occasionally will make alterations.

Finally, I've had it planned for weeks, so my cheat meal last night was fresh boiled crawfish. I might have eaten too many, but for a guy who grew up in south Louisiana, I just couldn't say no.

Today I worked hard in the sun all day and then went straight into my workout.
Today was:
Flat bench press X 4
Incline bench press X 4
Decline DB press X 4
Flat DB press X 4
DB fly X 4
DB pullover X 3

Now if I could just get some people in my life to understand basic nutrition. As I'm typing this up, two of my friends just came over. They got dinner on the way and were pleased to tell me they thought of me and since I'm such a health nut they got me the grilled option at KFC!!! SMH... that shit's going to they damn dog the minute they leave.
Nice thought, but some people just don't get it. Down here in the south that's damn near everyone.
My diet plan is working well atm, I am definitely running at a deficit, but am not walking around starving.
Overall I'm feeling better everyday.

Ok, gave the dog the kfc. Even he wouldn't eat the damn potatoes.
Just got lunch prepped for the next two days:

I will follow for sure. I am hopeful and confident that you will return to the form that you want. Dig in and go for it.

Following! I noticed your doing an awful lot of pushs in your chest workout, have you considered doing less? With 5-6 sets? Like

Flat barbell press 5 sets
Incline dumbbell press 5 sets
Then 1 or 2 flyers, or pull over

I have always wanted to try some fresh crawfish. I love lobster but have never have crawfish. I bet they are delicious, and probably not too bad of a cheat meal.

Fresh crawfish are where it's at bro. It's half enjoying the food, half enjoying the experience of the boil. Really takes me home, if you know what I mean.

Today was back day, just crushed that shit!
Pull ups to exhaustion X 4
Pendelay rows X 4 @10-12 reps
Upright rows X 4 @9-11 reps (went up in weight too quick)
Rear back fly X 4 @10-12
Heavy DB row X 4 @10 reps
Deadlift X 4 @ 10, 8, 7 & 6 reps.

The deads felt good and strong today. With my ankle and heal these have been weak. Idk if it was just today or what, but they just felt good and the strongest they have in a long time. I might be crazy, but I think I can already see change starting in the mirror.
Mentally I'm certainly getting it back.

PS... went into a planet fitness today for the first time ever (it was work related, I swear). My god, those people are real! That's one experience I could have done without. Talk about out of place!!

Alright, life's super busy, but I appreciate everyone's support and suggestions.

I have never been to a planet fitness, I only go to the more "hardcore" gyms but now I have everything I need in my garage.

Yeah, I do most of my workouts at home, as you might see in the simplicity of my routine. But it works great for me and nobody tells me to put my shirt back on, be quiet or any of that shit.
Home gyms are where it's at. I'll drop in to my actual gym once or twice a week, but mostly it's just me out there slamming shit around in the backyard.

I moved Thursday's arm routine to Wednesday today. Tried something different this morning. Instead of steady state cardio, I got up, loaded a 115 lb barbell and did as many clean and jerks as I could for 12 minutes, no rest.
This afternoon I repeated my arm routine from last Thursday.
I was already looking at spacing my leg day out from my deadlifts on back day, and after the cleans it was decided. Friday will work better for the time being.

I really feel that I do better with high intensity lifts and movements for cardio but am so limited by my ankle that I often end up on the bike as a default. Pushing a sled and wind sprints, as well as burpees used to be my go to's but now I can't do them anymore. Will be trying to get creative with some intense cardio, shouldn't be too hard.

I know I don't post too much outside of here atm, just busy, but I'm reading everywhere and glad to be back.

Just received this little pack in the mail from PHURIOUS. Gonna be running a pretty simple cycle here, test c, tren e, and I got a tren x for those days you just wanna feel mad at the weights lol.

I'll post up full details before I begin. Right now I'm still at a high cruise dose with just my diet and routine, and making progress.

Will update with full cycle soon.

Quick update, I believe I am dropping bf well with current routine and diet. Got a little longer to get all my cycle support in, so I can begin my blast. I'm working like 60 hours a week plus my side biz, so I'm busy and not on here as much as I like, so this thread is most of my posts now, and I'll maintain this through.

I'm gonna post new current pics before I start my cycle. ...

I'm just gonna need to make sure diet is well designed. Tren and low carbs isn't usually too good for me, and classically that's how I drop. But I've got it covered.

The last couple of days have been rough. I've been working way too much and had to make some changes to that. It was effecting my dieting, as my needs went up, while at the same time I was literally too busy to stop to eat at the right times. Put that with the fact that I'm in the south and it's damn hot right now and it just kills your appetite. I've scaled back the amount I'm taking on now and should get back to normal.

Aside from this, my training for the last couple of days has stayed strong. I removed cardio temporarily because of what I was doing at work, which was absolutely the right choice. I'm dropping body fat and maintaining muscle well. Training is still the same as previously posted routines, aside from the adjustments in cardio.

My goal at this moment is to continue to drop body fat, maintain muscle and make sure that I am in the right place to begin this tren that I plan on introducing. It's a slow process and can be frustrating. I deal with anger and other emotions because I feel like my previous condition was robbed from me. But I am making progress and moving forward.
