Bird's comback log

After a rest day yesterday, I got back at it again today with a strong chest day. I'm still doing the same routine I posted 2 weeks ago except today I threw in some ab work at the end. My strength is really going up. I'm adding weight every week to all of my lifts. Actually was very surprised that when I started out with what I was able to get 12 reps fresh on last week, today I hit 17 fresh. That seems like alot of change to me. I think my body has just been primed for this and is responding well to the stimulus.

At any rate, I am seeing steady progress. Filling out nicely and dropping bodyfat, although not as much as I'd like. I am certain that last week's rough days when I wasn't able to hit my diet timing, and honestly totals, is what threw it off. It's funny because most people wouldn't think eating less than planned would have a negative effect on weight loss, but it absolute can. Gotta keep that timing right to keep the metabolism going. I have addressed this issue though and shouldn't be overworked like that for the foreseeable future.

Went to the lake yesterday and actually got a compliment when I took my shirt off from someone I don't see much. Said I'm getting my build back. So it's working. I'll keep putting in the work and look forward to jumping on this tren very soon.

Solid update bro. 5 rep pr is something to be very happy about. Tighten up that diet and keep killing it man!

That's exactly it. And then with this southern heat you have no appetite so then you don't get much down. We make it work though, don't we?

I am thinking about trying raw milk once I cut a little more. You've drank it then, I assume?

I'm just thinking of adding to my whey shakes.

Try the fairlife fat free milk it taste like 2 percent and its lactose free has only 6 gm sugar and 13 grams protien its more expensive but way better in every way

Hows it going bro? Gotta keep you accountable with this log. lol.
Things are going smooth bro. I'm still just cruising and cutting weight. I'm about there tho. I'm going to my box to pick up the last of my supports to begin my blast this week.

My routine has remained the same, except that this week for the first time since my injuries I was out walking the dog and decided to try to jog. Was able to make about a mile, which is a major milestone, considering I haven't been able to run for nearly a year. My bf is down noticably, at least to me, and my lifts continue to go up weekly.

I just don't want to post repetitive boring info on here or appear like one of those people who think a little to much of themselves. So I was really just waiting until I began my blast and switched my routine up, or at least had more to add than "steady progress" to add here. I appreciate you checking in on me, and I'll be better about updating this log at the risk of being boring.

Today was a rest day with only 30 minutes of steady state cardio on the bike. Tomorrow is CHEST DAY!!

I have my routine planned out when I do switch it up. It's something I stole years ago that works well for me. It's a split routine that hits every muscle group twice a week with cardio on a bike for 60 seconds between sets. You never stop. Rep ranges vary every 2 weeks starting low, slowly going higher, then back down to lower range towards the end. ...I'll post details once I begin. I'm getting kinda hyped.

I completely understand that dude. Glad the cruise is still moving in the right direction. Bet you're excited for the blast to start. I know with the unfortunate injuries and all, this is your comeback log so I just wanted to jump in and make sure you're still going strong my man. That routine sounds intense. If shredded is the goal then I definitely see it happening doing high frequency with a shit ton of cardio lol. Keep it going brother!

Just finished a brutal chest session. Pushing the weight up every week. Felt strong today, even considering the fat I am cutting.

Hopefully the change isn't just in my head.

I believe I may introduce the tren next week. What do you guys think? I feel like I am at about where I need to be at to bring in something more than my cruise dose, but I don't want to jump the gun.
