After a rest day yesterday, I got back at it again today with a strong chest day. I'm still doing the same routine I posted 2 weeks ago except today I threw in some ab work at the end. My strength is really going up. I'm adding weight every week to all of my lifts. Actually was very surprised that when I started out with what I was able to get 12 reps fresh on last week, today I hit 17 fresh. That seems like alot of change to me. I think my body has just been primed for this and is responding well to the stimulus.
At any rate, I am seeing steady progress. Filling out nicely and dropping bodyfat, although not as much as I'd like. I am certain that last week's rough days when I wasn't able to hit my diet timing, and honestly totals, is what threw it off. It's funny because most people wouldn't think eating less than planned would have a negative effect on weight loss, but it absolute can. Gotta keep that timing right to keep the metabolism going. I have addressed this issue though and shouldn't be overworked like that for the foreseeable future.
Went to the lake yesterday and actually got a compliment when I took my shirt off from someone I don't see much. Said I'm getting my build back. So it's working. I'll keep putting in the work and look forward to jumping on this tren very soon.
