thinking of doing my second cycle this spring..i reached out to everyone here for my first cycle which was test cyp only ~350 weekly, and had a great cycle with good gains. i am back now to start planning my second cycle. of courses taking 4 months off in between, time on = time off. i got off my last cycle in december and now i want to start planning my next cycle.
so my stats:
31 years old
weight: 178 lb
height 5-8
body fat ~12%
training - been training since a young age of 19, but really got serious about it after age 25. train about 5-6 times a week...i like training volume so i train a good 1.5 hrs to 2 hours.
previous cycle: 12 weeks sarms stack , i was taking lgd, s4,mk,gw for 12 weeks.
then did my first cycle of test cyp 350 weekly for 12 weeks.
my goals:make some good decent lean muscle mass gains/strength but keep the body fat low, i have a pretty good understanding about diet.
after doing a lot of reading and watching dylans videos i came up with this for my second cycle, as dylan suggested not to exceed 3 compounds, i was thinking test, deca and an oral.
1-12 test cyp 350 mg week
1-12 deca 300 mg week
1-14 aromasin 12.5 mg every other day
1-12 caber .5 mg every three days
1-4 anadrol 50 mg day
1-4 cycle assist
pct 15-18
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/20/20/20
aromasin 12.5 mg eod
