12 week super endurance log/sarmsx/test/peptide

I've decided to keep a log on this current 12 week cycle for motivational purposes from everyone during the holidays.
Beginning weight is 192#/9.5% BF on 12/5.
42 years old. Training is around 10 hrs per week. Mixed lifting, running and cycling.

The goal on this cycle is to get to 180#/8% BF. Also, to improve on some personal running,lifting, and cycling goals. I won't bore you with specifics. Diet is a huge roll, but these compounds hopefully will help. I'm already a week into this and the GW has kicked in big time...endurance is already flying! This is my 3rd time running GW and I'm always fucking amazed by the shit. I'm hoping the addition of the other compounds to my TRT regimen will get me there.

I will try to do a pic 1x per week of my progress. Please keep in mind the weight and BF are based on my Tanita scale.

I'm tracking this for motivation during the holidays, which is a difficult time for me to stay focused. Wish me luck...I'll need it.

Any suggestions are more than welcomed.

Very nice bro, and I'll be following. Actually I think it's very realistic for you to stay close to your weight now and get to 8% with the stack you are running. You are only talking about losing 1.5% bodyfat which is only about 3 lbs, and it's very possible you can gain just as much muscle or more

nice looking cycle plan bro... your goals are not unreasonable whatsoever... you can definitely get there and could even surpass it with the right work ethic and consistency in diet and training... stay disciplined and motivated and watch the gains come!
 
Good luck!!! I'm looking forward to your log. In terms of data that you plan on using as markers for your improvement with running and cycling, are you using a power meter on your bike? If so, did you do an FTP Test as a Day 1 Benchmark to compare? Also, what are you using as your benchmark for running? Thanks for sharing!
 
Yes...I have a power meter and know where my FTP is right now...more importantly my w/kg. That is why I am focusing on losing the 10# and hopefully increasing my power a bit too. Current FTP is 339. I'd like to see 350 at 180# at some point in 2017...that's where I was in my mid 30's. I try to do a test every couple of months. I'll do one at he end of this cycle too.
As far as running...I'm fucking clueless. I just started and I have a cycling background. I generally do tests on the treadmill at 3% for 1 hour. I generally avg between 7-7.5 mph and I use that as a benchmark. I try to get as many miles in 1 hour. Generally about 7-7.3. Any suggestions for running? I'll take them.

thats a good pace for running bro... if you can get in 6 to 7 minute miles over a long period of time, your doing well bro...
 
7 day update-192#/9% BF. Basically lost 1/2% BF and gained 3/4# of muscle. Weight stayed the exact same. Training today was especially good. I was able to add 14% more time to exhaustion on intervals I was doing. That's just unbelievable. Game on.

In my opinion....It's the recovery that is important with this stack...especially at my age. You can just fucking bury yourself with GW. If you don't recover from the hard workouts...you don't get stronger or faster. You can end up fucking yourself as a result of the ability to train so hard.

Very well said... recovery is EVERYTHING and without it, there are no gains
 
10 day update: Weight 190#/BF 9.5%. Workouts and endurance have improved on a daily basis with proper recovery. Today I increased my threshold intervals by 14% from the previous week. That's 2x14% increases in intervals to exhaustion since I've started this cycle. Weights are up as well...but not like that.
I am disappointed with my weight. I have lost 2#, but BF remained at 9.5%. I have adjusted my diet accordingly, but I fucking married an Italian, and her god damn family tries to kill me with food during the holidays. Nothing will stop me, so the diet needs to be adjusted...I will not quit until I get this. I was done on the bike today, but said fuck it, and pushed through another V02 interval. I'm doing a lot of V02 work while I'm on GW, so I really can get everything out of it. I'm fucking flying right now, and I have plenty more to gain.
I'm overly careful with recovery right now. It's super dangerous doing the types of intervals I'm doing...easily overtrained...than I'm fucked.

Definitely picked a tough time to start the cut, but that will show your dedication. Where I work is like your in-laws lol clients just give us shit all month long, lunches and cookies and crap. I need to start a major cut in a few weeks!

oh boy.. i know exactly where your coming from... i have a HUGE Italian family bro and i mean huge.. you cant go anywhere for family functions without everyone trying to stuff your face full and the problem is that its all so fucking good but now, everyone respects me too much to do that with what im doing... it took so many years of me bitching about it but they all finally let up on me a bit... although, thats just how it is.. you'll be fine brother... just try your best to keep it as clean as you can.. you are doing great brother... just always think about your progress before you have that extra bite of pasta! LOLLL

that depends on you bro... i never stop running anything because of holidays but i dont deviate... only you know what you can handle and what you can't... thats one i cant really answer for you... that is going to be different from person to person...

It all comes down to you and what you want. If you are fine being regimented and not deterred from the holiday food, then go for it. I'm also a believer than it doesn't have to be balls to the wall and strict to still make progress. I do it all the time and know first hand how it works. Even when I'm cutting bodyfat, I still have my cheat meals and I just learn how to implement them to not impede my progress. You just have to structure things accordingly and make your macros work for you

I felt obligated to report today after being a bitch yesterday. Weight is 190# and BF is 9%. I made some tweeks in by diet and had a nice and manageable calorie deficit today. Big night in the gym last night after a brutal VO2 workout in the morning. Woke up today and knocked out 5 miles on the treadmill at 3%, at 8:30 min miles. Something kicked in this morning...I was hurting but pushed my run. GW is in full effect and some compound is allowing me to recover a lot better.
