Dylan-I have ordered all product and should be firing up here in about a week. My question is this...I've noticed since turning 40(now 42) my recovery from day to day workouts is not what it was in my early 30's. If I put in a 3-4 hour training day on the bike or running, I find it hard to repeat the next day, and if I do, I'm snapped. Will the layout you gave me make me feel better. I just feel like shit sometimes during recovery days. I'd do anything to feel better and recover so I can work hard on back to back days.
