Finishing up week 10 and I'm flying on the bike and my running. Weights are strong and I have gained WAY more muscle than anticipated...or wanted. Weight is 188.6...so I have gained a couple of pounds, but my BF went down to 8.2%!!! My goal is 180# and 8%, but I'll take this...The strength in the gym and cardio gains make everything OK. 8% will be achieved and surpassed by my goal date. Not bad for 42 years old...
