I'm coming up on 3 weeks with this stack and things are good. Weight is remaining at 187/9%. It's crunch time for me tonight with Christmas Eve. Family and food will be in abundance. I plan to eat but not overdo. Partly the reason I'm writing this is for the support and the fact I feel like I have people to report to if I fuck up. I overdid it the at a Xmas party on Thursday...not tonight. I just have to much to gain right now. Plus, I refuse to not get what I want in the next couple of months.
Training is off the hook. Increased 1.5 hours of steady state intervals on the bike 6% compared to last week. I just keep improving, but still feel like I battle my diet.
Here are some questions: I used the DG method for my S4 and have increased to 75MG a day from 50MG. No bad side effects yet, a little tint, but nothing as bad as the last time when I rushed to 100mg. What are peoples thought about running the Enhanced Super Stack 16 weeks instead of 12? Either way, because of my dosing with Rad, SR and S, I'll need to purchase more...so why not push it to 16 weeks with another 8 week stack? Also, I'm going through SR more than the required dose...I'm dosing every 2-3 hours....but this forces me to dose more than 6x per day...should I not do that?

Shit is really kicking in on the beginning of my 4th week. Took 1 minute off of my fastest 4 mile warm up run today! Avg. 7:40 miles at 3% grade. Proceeded to have the best leg workout I've had in awhile. This is after a weekend of intense intervals on the bike...where I again improved. BF dropped to 8.9% and weight stayed at 189. Resting tomorrow for a big workout Wednesday. I really couldn't be happier...considering the time of year and I haven't been perfect with my diet. Good...but not perfect. However, hard part is done with that.

your doing great... you never over do it but you push yourself a bit more and a bit more at the right moderate rate... you will prevent overtraining like that... your doing great bro... keep up the great workWeight and BF dropped a little more today. Currently 188 and 8.6%. I'm training at another level right now. Again, I did VO2 max intervals yesterday and added 7% more time to my exhaustion. I have a lifting and running day today and I'm getting tired. I'll probably push the lift off until Saturday and get more out of it. Overtraining is always a concern on GW, and I don't want to get into that realm at all.

im so sorry bro... thats terrible... pneumonia is NO JOKE whatsoever... i am just happy to hear your okay man... that can be severe... im really glad to hear you had some solid endurance days, even after all of that... take your time and DO NOT push until you are fully healthy... any sort of relapse could be very very dangerous bro...The lack of updates on this log is a result of me getting pneumonia. Just started training again yesterday and have had 2 solid endurance days, along with a gym day tomorrow. I lost a lot of fitness...probably about 3 weeks worth of strength and endurance. Fucking sucks. I hope to have some positive info next week at this time.

I missed your response last week, and just read it this morning. Good news...currently 186.5 @ 8.7%. Muscle mass increased, so I really couldn't be happier. Remember, my goal is 180/8%. I started at 192 and 9.5% 5 weeks ago. My endurance still is not what it was...but I'll get there. Diet, diet, diet. That's all I have to say. Amazing what a couple of tweaks can do. I keep pushing everyday, and probably should be back to where I was in 2 weeks. Always have gratitude for your health.

My goal is 180/8%. It appears I'm going to surpass my goal by week 12, I'm starting week 8 on Monday. I've also decided to push this stack for 16 weeks...so I don't see why 7% is not possible at this point. My fitness is finally back from being sick and I should make some serious gains in the next 2 weeks...both strength and endurance. I've never focused so hard on my diet before. It's a bitch, but lean tastes the best.
