Nope. Having a higher bf% means you're more likely to have higher estrogen which in turn means less lean muscle mass. Fat has its benefits but not anything to build significant muscle with.

absolutely agree... you are absolutely going to be at a far greater risk of estrogen conversion... Its absolutely going to be far more difficult to build muscle with higher fat and elevated estrogen... of course some estrogen is necessary but elevated estrogen is most definitely not
 
SOME bf is good to have for bodily functions. Brain health, heart health, etc.. But when it's over 16-18% that's just not healthy. Especially in the "wanting to build muscle realm". You don't build muscle with stored fat. You build it with nutrition and training.

So training too bjild muscle reqires i tense bursts of energy and depletes glycogen fats burn slower almost at rest for bodily functions . so your answer is yes and no .yes as in it is possible but heart rate genetics everything you ate meal timing of different carbs and protiens would have too be perfect then each one digests differantly then theres digestive enzymes that could be inadequte and slow the process . so yes you could but your diet and training regimon would look like 5th year advanced calculous and might need Albert Einstein for a coach
 
i wouldn't advise going on cycle until you've reached your full natural potential. which you havent as you stated you are not eating at a caloric deficit etc

You're talking about its good to have fat in your diet not BF. BF doesn't help brain or heart health. Your brain is made from mostly fat but it doesn't help to have higher BF.

Lol It is good to have some BF. Fat in your diet is of course needed. But yes, Bodyfat is good to have because when you're too low you start eating more muscle becoming catabolic more often than you should. I'm not talking bring 20% or higher but chilling around 13% ain't a problem.

I have been in a caloric deficit for the past 3 years,but you're right about me not reaching my genetic potential yet.
