Tren would be the ideal compound for this if it's right for you.

I wouldn't eat in a surplus if you're 15% bf. You really have two options. 1. Recomp, eat closer to your estimated maintenance. or 2. Focus on dropping more bf by creating a deficit. I know we all have our goals and it sounds like you really want to add more quality mass. Like what Rick was saying it's easier to add muscle and allow your body to metabolize fat when you're leaner so cutting further to around 10-12% at least, then adding in more calories, and using cardio/training to further control fat gain would be a better case scenario on putting on size than eating in a surplus now at 15% bf. Just my thoughts bro.

You can use the excess weight to your advantage as far as having the weight to theoretically move more poundage in the gym... is this a real advantage? I don't really know. In theory it seems feasible and I've done it myself a few times. I can't really weigh in on the truth, or falsehood of the matter.
i agree with maxx big tme time here... you just should not be bulking at 15%... your on your way to getting into really good condition but your not quite there... your only a few percentages away from it... just remember that... of course it gets harder and harder to get those percentages as you drop more but if it was easy, everyone would be walking around looking like sports models... its a fucking bitch to do but its doable bro... clearly... if anyone has done it or can do it, then so can you... i struggle every day man.. but i want it too much so that gets me through... its not easy... not even close but if you switch things to accommodate to the intended goal, you can do this... i would attempt to be around 12% before really going for a recomp...tren is a nice option here but your not experienced enough for it... eq and primo would be great in this scenario... you can go more for cutting but still build muscle in the process and you should lean up well.. what are you currently running again?
With the exception of MK-677 that I've been on since early June,I've been off my last sarms stack for about two weeks now.I'm starting LGD,S4,2866 & SR on the 28th this Sunday.
Thanks for the advice & inspiration Dylan
absolutely brother.. i would consider adding GW to it since your after more cutting but that should be a damn good cycle for you... i would really make sure you are getting 4-5 days a week of cardio at least 30-45 minutes a day... hit the sauna 3-4 days a week and train with more volume, less weight and minimal rest periods in between sets... 30-45 second rests max... go for muscular endurance here..
I'm getting a lot more cardio in with my new job doing construction/roofing.Huffing stuff up ladders all day & constantly moving,so my designated cardio kind of took a hit.I'll remember the increased volume & lower rest periods though.I'm currently taking a week off from lifting due to some health issues of shocking my body from the new job.I'm feeling better already though after a few days & will be right back on the horse this coming Friday.
I'll get some more GW but I may have to start it a week or two into my next cycle. Thanks again bro
thats great work your doing and its definitely helping but brother, understand that's not a replacement for cardiovascular training... you still need your hiit and steady state.. your thinking is off if you think your work will compensate for this and that is one of the reasons it may be more difficult for you to cut at this point...

Gotta remember bro, we're old fuckers lol... construction, heat and full cardio might bury the old man lol...

Okay I'll try & get it in before work, but with an hour of lifting before work I'll only be able to get in about 20-25min of cardio in on lifting days.I can double that on my rest days though. There's no way I can do anything after work because I am exhausted as hell.
LOL you guys are not that fucking old!
i am............lol
none of you can pull the old card yet... !! =)

Nope. Having a higher bf% means you're more likely to have higher estrogen which in turn means less lean muscle mass. Fat has its benefits but not anything to build significant muscle with. Can you use your excess BF to make gains? For instance,I'm 14-15%BF.Can I just eat at maintenance with no surplus calories & still make good gains on cycle while losing BF?
One of the other senior members here suggested it in another one of my threads about cycles.I think it was buen.I know you can't turn fat into muscle but can you use that excess fat to your advantage. The thing is I want to bulk but I don't want to add ANY fat.It takes me so long to lose fat, because I used to be a fat guy & all the fat cells are still there.
