Update on post-cycle cruise

So I'm now about 6 weeks or so since finishing my last bulk cycle. Still holding at 203..... 202.6 once when very dry.
Cruise now sitting at
100 test cyp
100 deca
50 tren
Split into 2 pins a week

Also added SarmsX GW about 4 days ago

Diet has been low calorie most days. Not strict but skipping breakfast most of the time and eating First meal between 1 and 3pm

Chicken, fish, rice, quinoa, spinach, kale and mixed veggies. Cheat meals 1-2 times a week. Not counting calories but I am below maintenance most days for sure.

Workouts have been harder to enjoy. Started cardio in the form of inclined walking at a quick pace of around 3.5-4 speed on treadmill. Sometimes with weight vest weighing 30lbs. Doing Abs now as well which I NEVER do. Weights are heavier and lifting is intense level but also naturally spending a shorter amount of time doing it since weight is heavier. More focus on legs at the moment as well than during my bulk

Next bulk starting around May or June. Again, not logging anything but I wanted to post out of excitement to be keeping my weight on. Good things to come this year

Solid work on the physique over the years, man. I know the cruise blues feeling lol. I'm a few weeks in and doing a mini cut during this time. Motivation is there, but not like it is when you're blasting and putting on size. This is the time we need to stay dedicated the most, so it's good you're taking the appropriate steps to set yourself up for another amazing bulk. Keep grinding!

Yes sir, I'm using enanthate. I had started to throw in ace but decided to save it and run it a while longer than originally planned. I feel leaner than these pics show but that may be daily water fluctuation. Thanks DRB

I wouldn't say I have the blues but it is different since I can't go balls out every day on intensity like on a big cycle. Plus the calories aren't there so I need more recovery but I don't mind it. My pumps are still sick right now. Thanks bud!

Thanks Rick, I feel like most weight was in my back and arms as usual. Not much if any leg mass gained but seeing to that now [emoji4]

Lol. I, too, pray to the muscle gods. Perhaps they will answer my prayers as well to hold onto as much lbm on this cruise whilst cutting!

Man I won't even try to specify lean in my diet anymore other than when cutting. I ate everything in sight this last cycle and it served me well. Didn't gain but maybe a pound of fat if that

Thanks bud, not tren ace because I'm running long esters so using ace doesn't really make a lot of sense. Nothing wrong with it unless I want to pin eod but I don't.

drb_iac had mentioned a couple times about TrenE as opposed to TrenA....I was curious as to his reasoning
