So I'm now about 6 weeks or so since finishing my last bulk cycle. Still holding at 203..... 202.6 once when very dry.

Diet has been low calorie most days. Not strict but skipping breakfast most of the time and eating First meal between 1 and 3pm
Chicken, fish, rice, quinoa, spinach, kale and mixed veggies. Cheat meals 1-2 times a week. Not counting calories but I am below maintenance most days for sure.
Workouts have been harder to enjoy. Started cardio in the form of inclined walking at a quick pace of around 3.5-4 speed on treadmill. Sometimes with weight vest weighing 30lbs. Doing Abs now as well which I NEVER do. Weights are heavier and lifting is intense level but also naturally spending a shorter amount of time doing it since weight is heavier. More focus on legs at the moment as well than during my bulk
Next bulk starting around May or June. Again, not logging anything but I wanted to post out of excitement to be keeping my weight on. Good things to come this year
