This is the last day of my 12 week cycle took these photos two days ago. Sitting around 166-167 lbs fasted weight. Don’t know my body fat % and need to go get blood work done. Feel healthy no crazy side effects some minor hair loss and water retention, feeling strong.
Been benching two plates for 5 reps consistently.
I don’t really squat or deadlift as I do labor intensive work and don’t want to risk injury, I got 405 on deadlift once for two reps few weeks back. Going to go through pct and chill for a bit definitely am considering a test cycle not sure how long I should wait though.
