Yesterday's pin was good to go. Now I know I'm cruising but I wanted to push the limits on this and pin it in conjunction with base. Now we all know pinning base can be quite the adventure as far as PIP. I mixed it half and half for a total of 3cc to pin VG. There was PIP, but minimal as hell, I pulled up my shorts and went and worked legs. I'm a big fan of ace/bases, just not the PIP so this was a perfect balance. Cruise mode back on.

Yesterdays pin was hindered by the last minute decision to incorporate some PWO suspension in the mix. I pinned VG and somehow struck a vein/veins as I was immediately sidelined with all the usual symptoms of such. Didn't work out till today and obviously the suspension has all but cleared my system for all practical purposes. Worked legs, biceps and delts to the fullest. I think the total elapsed time was 2.5 hours and I went at it. Worked everything to immense fatigue. Legs shaking, biceps engorged with blood and lactic acid and delts on fire all in an effort to push growth still even while cruising. Worked out so intensely a power nap was in order. Feeling solid.
