Sugar is the worst for sure, but I get a little puffy from red meat. I eat it maybe 2-3 times per year. I have found that when you lay off of it you just feel better. So that would be a cheat meal for me.
I have used it in the past for keto cutting and it works for sure. But man you get tired of it really quick. Most guys say they feel stronger on it, but I don't.
I am glad that I am not the only one that feels the same way that you do. Big burly jake must eat cows everyday...hear it all the time!
