yes thats perfect... i have organic ketchup and A1 with mushrooms and white wine sauce over the top... its like a steak deburgo... its the shit

if anyone gets a steak higher than medium rare its just getting ruined... my wife wont eat steak unless its damn near medium well and i give here the hardest time on it... its like leather to me... the fucker needs to be pink, red with a touch of blood... a filet will melt in your mouth at that temp

I'd go Med-rare if I don't know the place suspecting the quality maybe maybe less than I'm used to
