I used to be the poster child for fast metabolism..then u hit 30 and that shit flips u the bird and says hasta levista. Through my research I've found that low t is the most common culprit for this...and im sure I have low t which is why I do "trt" however instead of 200mg of cyp I take 800 ;) but thats another post lol...what are you guys using specifically for this? Crunches n situps only provide minimum results and my diet is prerty clean..whats. the magic potion?

Post your diet (macro ratio, caloric intake, maintenance, etc) and that will help us help you. Also, do you do cardio? If so, how much and what kind?

My diet consists mostly of chicken n rice..or beef n potatoes. .I try to. Keep my calorie intake around 3500 per day. Plus your standard eggs n oatmeal for breakfast. My cardio is pretty basic. Either treadmill or elipicle machine 3/4 times a week 20-30 minutes at the time. Thats it just pretty basic stuff

And yes you need to know your bmr. You dont just eat cals based on a chosen number. Its mathmatical. Also unless you are bulking idk why you are eating potatoes and oats and rice. I mean you need your basic carb intake. But unless bulking that is why you arnt dropping bf. Plus it depends what beef u r eating. U might be getting too much fats also. You need to know your bmr then fogure out your macros for your bodytype

Exactly. This is what I was getting at. Couldn't have said it any better.

On a basic level, you want to consume less calories than your body needs to maintain your current weight. That is how you get rid of fat. Now, you can augment your maintenance level by doing more cardio. That is why eating in a caloric deficit and performing cardio are the two top choices for burning fat.

What are your stats buddy? Even with a "clean" diet, you still must be in an overall caloric defecit to see fat loss. 3500 calories may be too much for you depending on your bodyweight, etc to lose fat. Also it has a lot to do with how your specific macros breakdown with proteins, carbs, and fats. If carbs and fats are too high, fat loss will not be possible as well. If you know your macros, post them up along with your stats.

Bro, I am completely confused by your post. If you are bulking, why are you posting how to get rid of stubborn bodyfat? That is going completely against what you are doing diet wise. It's close to impossible to improve your ab situation while bulking. It contradicts your current goals completely. Abs will not come until you shred up to a low enough bodyfat level. It's really as simple as that

Dude-I will be 66 years old soon, and I can tell you that each decade that you pass means you need less and less food. The days of eating until you are stuffed, eating crap, eating late..all that is GONE.
I will lay close to my exact diet for you. I am usually 6'2 and 210, but due to a lot of outside work I have gone to 190.
Breakfast- 4 poached eggs, 1/2 slice toast, 3- 8oz cups of coffee

Lunch- 3 cans of tuna, or fresh fish with 1/2 head of lettuce, and picante sauce as a dressing for the lettuce, 1.5 quarts of iced tea, 1/2 bananna.

Dinner- 1 pound of beef, usually steak or ground sirloin, 6 cups of brocoli with drizzled mct coconut oil from Nature's Way ,3 apples, 1 cup decaff with one scoop choc whey/casien blend,

Snacks- I have 2 per day. One handfull of pecans and 1 tablespoon of home made peanut butter, and b4 bed 1/2 bananna.

Just curious, why do you eat a banana before bed.
