I used to be the poster child for fast metabolism..then u hit 30 and that shit flips u the bird and says hasta levista. Through my research I've found that low t is the most common culprit for this...and im sure I have low t which is why I do "trt" however instead of 200mg of cyp I take 800 but thats another post lol...what are you guys using specifically for this? Crunches n situps only provide minimum results and my diet is prerty clean..whats. the magic potion?
