i did jump the gun and it wasn't anyone elses decision but mine. when i said my diet was not on point i mean that it wasn't chicken breast rice and broccoli like it would have been at home, it wasn't cheeseburgers and crap. i ate as healthy as i could have in a restaurant setting ie salmon broccoli and steamed veggies, not always but mostly so it suffered a little.

Also we are talking about the wrong things , he has posted his bloods and asked for our advice / help conversation the damage if there is any is done he's on cycle he's in the game it's not our job to shoot him damn and bash what is already happening but something like " ok bro check it you started off on the wrong foot no issues you need to start counting those calories , I don't care if your tired and on the road meal prep is a must your gonna be on road for a week tubaware and canned tuna or chicken is your future " help comes in many forms

As far as numbers go, the glucose was the one that concerned me the most. That one is usually the tell tale of a sweet tooth. For me anyway, lol.

While your home this week I want you to go to the local meat store and 20 chicken breasts , get some jasmine rice and some coconut , get some canned tuna , canned chicken lets kick start this motabalism . If you don't have minifrige you need to purchase the gym bags that have the ability to ice inside mine can store quite a bit of meals 1 portion rice 1 6oz breast and a veggie you can make it happen man just gotta pull the fuck it I'm not wasting these products and pins
 
i am not taking offense to anyones comments or thoughts i understand where all of you are coming from and am taking it all in. i will be under 15% before summer ends maybe before. believe me i did notice the sodium from the meals i was having and adjusted accordingly and believe that is where a lot of the weight came from (water weight). every day we learn something. some people do well on carb loading others don't. it is try this, try that and find out what works for each individual person. its not like i didn't know the risks associated or jump on the board mid cycle with milk spilling out of my tits and go OH SHIT whats happening.

oh i am on point at home, but im not sure the airlines is going to let me pack that 3 weeks worth of meats and veggies on my carry on. i have 20 packs of tuna in my carry on, which i just did the 3 day tuna and water challenge last week and dropped quite a few pounds, but to me it isn't the weight as much as the fat loss. and i will be getting an inbody scan on Thursday to see where i am at since January on the bf%. you know we are our own worst critics so it may be that i am under 20% now but i just aint seeing it. so we shall see i will post as soon as i get it done.

i will post a recent pic as well this week, but believe me from where i started at 35% in june of last year i have come a long ass way and a little ways to go to meet my goals and expectations

That's far from the truth. The optimal healthy male is around 15% BF. The BBs worlds obessions with fat perplexes me. A little waddle is fine, its when you start really putting on the extra fat that things go down hill. Your Cardio health is ten times more important, half the dudes on tren at 10% cant even run a mile without getting winded now that is unhealthy. when I was around 17-18% BF I could run 10 miles and not even break a sweat. Everybody is different, being in the Army taught me one thing BF don't mean shit.
